Welcome to my Etsy shop, the kingdom of all my illustrated items and printable designs.

My name is Liat, I am the owner, illustrator, designer, photographer, Advertising agent, and the very core of LiatiB. I live in Haifa, Israel. 10 minutes driving from the beach. My passion is to illustrate everything that represent me and my loves.
My business story starts on May 2011, My very first sales day.

But it really started way back, as a child, with a supporting grandparents how taught me how to draw, build stuff from wood, knit, embroider and to keep a creative mind.
It continued when I have decided to go study Graphic design and specialized in illustration.
And after school I went to be a fine art teacher for teen boys.

But then in the beginning of 2011 I was diagnosed with Arthritis, and since then my life has turned upside down. I needed to learn about my body from the beginning, and spent a lot of time in bad, mainly drawing.

After a while, a good friend of mine showed me Etsy and it was love at first sight. It took me a while, studying about how to do that and I am always in progress, keeping on studying and advancing and learning new skills while using old ones in new ways as well.

My current work is influenced from the music world we live in.
I start with most loved music types, then studying it, researching from fashion to architecture to its history, and only then start working on the illustrations, and in the end creating items using these illustrations are most fit to.

The name "LiatiB" is a bit of a bilingual pun: "Liati" is an old nickname of mine from my childhood years, and "B" is the first letter of my last name. "Bee" also means "inside me" in Hebrew – as a reference to my inner child.
