Shipped as quickly as I can after the order is recieved.
Your order will be put in chronological order based upon payment of product, not start-date of conversations. Just because we "talk" about an order, doesn't give priority. I will start your product(s) just as soon as payment goes through.
I ship USPS...typically first class, occasionally priority. I always get delivery confirmation numbers so I can keep us all organized for delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges
Since t-shirts are custom orders, please know that I cannot accept returns. We will "talk" out the plan for the tshirt design and then when you order, please know that I will ask you to copy'paste the details in the "note" section so that you are aware of exactly what you will get on your shirt order. What you relay to me in the note section of the invoice is exactly what I will make--so YOU are responsible for giving me accurate information.
Because fabrics vary by season and availability, I do my best to match or get as close as possible to the original, pictured fabrics. There may be some changes in what you see in the pictures and what you get in your hands, but the changes are subtle and you probably won't even notice.
