4 out of 5 starsI'm over the moon about this bag and the quality so far is really amazing as well. I've been buying off etsy for years and the only thing that threw me off is that all your items say free shipping. After I paid for the item I was asked to send money through PayPal (completely off etsy) for the shipping. Please, please find a way to correct all your settings to what works for you. You should never ask a customer to send money off a platform that isn't connected to Etsy. Other than that I am really pleased and even posted it in a ATLA group on fb and people seem to want to purchase this bag as well.

So sorry that I had to charge shipping. I included it in the listing as the price I quoted you did not include shipping. My shop settings overrode the shipping because it was more than $35. I'm sorry for the confusion. I have removed the free shipping option from my shop and will now include shipping in the prices. I do have to mention that you caught me in a good mood and I quoted you half the price I usually quote for this bag. I was paying it forward from a custom order where I was cut a deal. While I am happy about the positive review on my product, I am upset at the action Etsy has taken in response to your review. I have chosen that this will be my last month (February) on Etsy. Their fees are too steep to be bullied in such a way.

Perfect size for me to carry my tools in for work. I really couldn’t be happier with what I have received. The thoughtfulness of the color schemes and fabric choices is very true to the games.
