Custom orders: Oooh, a challenge! We will take any original art and make it into a charm. Your art will be returned with your lovely new charm. Hooray!

Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
All sales final, and we work hard to ensure your satisfaction. If something is damaged upon arrival, or you do not receive your package in a timely manner, please do email us immediately and we will do our best to remedy the situation!
Payment
As the shop is comprised of simply one glitter-filled Li, a helper and a Gato, we only accept Paypal, which is due at the time of order. Yay! Money to buy more supplies!
Shipping
We now offer worldwide shipping! Yay!
We will make our best effort to ship orders within 2 business days of completed payment. We only ship Monday through Friday, so if you order Thursday night, it will likely ship out on Monday morning. Average about $2-10, depending on location, to be added to your order.
If there is an overage, we will refund the difference...as well, if you have not been charged enough for shipping, we will send you a bill for the difference. We will communicate all of this to you before product is sent.
