A Girl With Big Ears.

Once upon a time, there was a very little girl with big ears. She loved nature, and animals, and to draw. She grew up, had a family and started to paint cute, funny and scary things that made her happy. She hoped they would make other people happy sometimes too.

Please note: During the week, I have a regular job in the mornings, so if you send me a message when it's morning here, you may not get a reply until the afternoon. I am on Pacific time.
If you don't see my listings for custom orders in my shop, it's because I have been kind of swamped with orders and need to catch up a bit. I will re activate the custom listings when I am ready to take new orders.

If you are not satisfied with your order please let me know as soon as you can and I'll do my best to make you happy. If you send it back, I will refund or exchange, within up to 60 days.
PLEASE let me know if you have not received your order after 6 weeks. I have never had an item go missing in the mail, but it's not impossible.
Payment
I request that you pay with PayPal, or you can use you credit card through PayPal, credit card processor, without having a PayPal account.
- For residents of BC Canada, you are charged 7% PST (sales tax)5% GST on your order., but not on shipping.
Shipping
Items already made will ship within 24 hours (the next morning). Custom orders can take from 2 to 14 days to paint before mailing, depending on how busy I am. I will tell you before or when you order how long they should take. Please keep in mind that if you order on a Friday afternoon, there is no mail in Canada on the weekend, so it won't go anywhere until the following Monday.

TO the USA and Canada:

----Orders generally arrive in 6 to 11 business days BUT customs can slow things down occasionally, BUT be sure to BUY WELL IN ADVANCE of the date you need it.
----If you are in Canada or the USA and would like to upgrade the shipping to xpresspost ($27. in 4 to 6 business days) for your package please convo me before making purchase so I can change the listing for you.

TO EUROPE, ASIA, AFRICA and AUSTRALIA

---I'm sorry but I do not ship to South America.

---ALL DUTIES are the sole responsibility of the buyer. That means that if customs decides to charge you duty for the goods entering your country, (or VAT) that is for YOU to pay.
I have nothing to do with this charge and can't tell you how much it will be exactly. Every country is different, you will have to search for your country's import tax fees on purchases if you want to know the amount before it arrives.
I know the UK is also pretty strict about collecting their VAT from goods. I think they charge about £7 VAT and Royal Mail charges about an extra £8 fee.

---If you live outside the USA or Canada, your items are send small packet regular air mail and can take 2 to 6 weeks. I can send them expedited which can take 1 to 2 1/2 weeks, but it is quite expensive (about $75.00), so if you need them in that much of a hurry, let me know before you purchase and I will change the shipping on the listing. It;s obviously best to order early

---Also I do not marked the customs forms as "gift" because it is illegal to do so, and I can incur hefty fines.
Additional policies and FAQs
-I can do custom orders for you, just for a single doll or a couple. Just shoot me a convo and tell me what your idea is and I will get back to you as quick as I can, to talk about the details .Generally it takes a week to paint, and about 6 to 9 business days in the mail to get to you. Remember that I am in Canada and there is no mail on the weekend.
-I am open to switching around couples (as long as they are nor reserved for someone else), so if you see a bride in one set and a groom from another, and you would like me to swap, just let me know, so I can deactivate both listings (in case someone else buys one of the dolls you want) and make a new listing with the switcheroo (the couple you want) for you.
-All items, paintings and prints in my shop are my original work and not to be copied for sale by anyone else. Please respect my copyright.
