Accepted payment methods
6.25% Sales tax charged in Ohio shipments for domestic purchases.
You will receive an email from Paypal with a tracking number once your item has shipped.
1st Class mail takes from 5-7 days from shipping date to arrive.
Shipping performed via US Postal Service and/or Priority Mail. . We expedite our orders to ship your item(s) on the next business day. Shipments to APO addresses and all US non continental islands use the same as domestic rate.
Each piece will be sent First Class via USPS. If you request a different shipping option it will be reflected in the shipping cost.
I ship items to the address provided by Etsy - please double check to make sure the info is accurate.
If an item needs to be returned the buyer will pay the shipping costs.
Refunds and Exchanges
Physical items are guaranteed to be as described. I'm want you to be happy with your purchase :)
Once you've received your item if you aren't satisfied with the purchase (i.e. color, fabric, size for example) I will gladly work with you to reach an equitable solution. You can exchange it for another item of equal value or request a refund of your purchase price- as long as you contact me within 5 days of receipt. The original item must be returned prior to a new item being shipped out in the case of an exchange or refund. The item being returned needs to be in the original condition - new and unused . It's important to me that my customers are happy with their purchases and I will do my best to come to a mutually agreeable solution. Because this is a small business once an item has been used or shows signs of wear and tear Four Paws Jewelry will not issue refunds.
No refunds or exchanges on leashes unless it's an error on my part.
Keep in mind that items are custom made for you. It's your responsibility to make sure that you're ordering the size, length and width that is correct.
If you've received notification that your purchase has shipped - but you never receive it let me know. The lost item will be re-shipped.
