    It all started with a little keychain! I'd been using my sewing/embroidery machine for years. One day I wandered into a marine vinyl 'store' via Pinterest and I was hooked.

    I turned my hobby into a passion for providing fun, personalized vinyl and embroidered items for folks in my neighborhood, and then through etsy!

    Custom orders can not be cancelled nor returned.

    The item being returned needs to be in the original condition - new and unused . It's important to me that my customers are happy with their purchases and I will do my best to come to a mutually agreeable solution. Because this is a small business once an item has been used or shows signs of wear and tear we can not issue refunds.

    How long does a customer have to request a refund? Within 24 hours of order.
    Do you require that products be unopened, unused, or in original packaging to request a refund? Yes
    Does the item need to be returned to you? If so, who is responsible for shipping costs? Yes, the Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
    Will the customer receive a refund or replacement if it is damaged or lost in the mail? All items are sent via tracking. If the tracking shows it was lost, I will refund in full, including shipping.
    How will a refund be processed and how long will it take? Within 3 business days.
    Are custom orders refundable? No.
    Can a customer exchange a product for a different one? No.
    What happens in cases of defective products? If defective, not as described, a refund or exchange is available.
    What if the product is delivered late? Will you provide a refund? No. Products are sent via USPS within stated timeframe and tracking is included.
    Are partial refunds available? No.
    Is the original shipping refundable? Only in case of items lost by shipper and/or defect items being returned.
    We accept payments from Paypal. Paypal accepts VISA, Master Card and Discover and more.
    When will my item ship? Personalized items usually ship within 2-3 Business days (unless otherwise noted)

    You will receive an email from Paypal with a tracking number once your item has shipped.

    1st Class mail takes from 5-7 days from shipping date to arrive and is dependent on the postal service..

    Shipping performed via US Postal Service and/or Priority Mail. . We expedite our orders to ship your item(s) on the next business day. Shipments to APO addresses and all US non continental islands use the same as domestic rate.

    Each piece will be sent First Class via USPS. If you request a different shipping option it will be reflected in the shipping cost.

    I ship items to the address provided by Etsy - please double check to make sure the info is accurate.

    If an item needs to be returned the buyer will pay the shipping costs.
