Returns and exchanges
I am extremely careful about packaging but if something should go wrong anyway please contact me as soon as possible so we can work something out.

I also try to be as precise as possible in my descriptions, and make detailed pictures of the items I sell. If for any reason you did not get what you expected please contact me and we'll probably be able to work something out. Refunds and exchanges will be considered depending on the situation.
If possible I would like to be payed as soon as you make your purchase, if for some reason you can't pay right away please contact me so we can work something out. I will wait 3 days before I cancel an unpaid sale without further notice.

I will always ship items after payment has been processed, this means that when you pay by eCheck it might take more than a week before I can mail your items. Unless you can give me some documented proof that payment is actually been made.

For international orders I can only accept paypal. Dutch buyers may contact me for information about bank transfer

If you're buying from outside the Netherlands, you will be responsible for any additional costs that may apply (taxes etc.).
I will ship to anywhere in the world, if import restrictions from the Netherlands apply for your country you are responsible for being aware of them.
Please make sure I have your correct address, unless you tell me otherwise I will always use the paypal address.

I ship from the Netherlands and have established one fixed shipping rate for anywhere in the world. They always apply UNLESS you want to track your shipment or want it signed or express mailed. In that case please contact me before you make a payment.
If shipping costs prove to be considerably less than my fixed rates I will always refund the difference.

As a rule I go to the postal office every Tuesday and Friday morning (keep timezones in mind) but if you're in a hurry contact me and I can try to mail out your order sooner. I will always let you know when I posted your order.
Additional policies and FAQs
All my books come gift wrapped, other items can be gift wrapped as well at no additional cost but you'll have to contact me about that as soon as you made a purchase.

I do accept custom orders for myself, not for my grandmother.
