When will my order arrive?

Please note that "Shipping Times" indicated in listings are actually processing times;

And therefore are in addition to actual shipment travel time.

All items are made to order. Rushing an order is not an option at this time, so it is important that you leave yourself enough time for your order to arrive.

Please also note that in some cases, multiple product orders may ship and arrive separately.

What if something is wrong with my purchase?

Due to their nature, made to order, hand made, personalized, and one of a kind items, can not typically be returned. However, if there is a product problem, please do let me know within 2 weeks (10 business days) of delivery. I will do whatever I can to assist you, which will depend on the circumstances. Please be prepared to send a picture or two of the problem.

If after contacting the shop, a return is approved, it must be then sent back via USPS with tracking, and at buyers expense. Once received in new condition, a refund, less original shipping charges (even if order qualified for free shipping), may be processed.
