About Life Club!

Life Club started when I decided I wanted to raise some money for my local animal rescue. At the time I'd recently donated £10 for a little toy bear that'd been rescued from landfill, which was holding a mini banner that said "HUMANS ARE IDIOTS". There was the inspiration for my first pin. It's now grown into a two person operation - my boyfriend helps pack all your orders, and he's pretty darn good at it.

We have continued to donate to our local animal sanctuary we are PROUD to sponsor the F.R.I.E.N.D Animal Rescue. We donate money and/or screen print merchandise for them every month -- the printed merch, so far in the form of tshirts and patches, then raises even more money than I could dream of donating!

They are based in Kent (UK) and are a small scale organisation run solely on donations -- so the money raised by Life Club, i.e. YOU! Makes a huge difference to them! www.friendanimalrescue.org.uk

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

If your item/items are damaged in the post, please message us with a photo of the damaged goods and we will send out replacements.

If an item is lost in the post, we ask that you wait 30 working days since the item was dispatched. If it still doesn't arrive in this time a refund or replacement order will be arranged.

These are the only terms in which I will offer refunds or exchanges.

Please pay promptly via the Etsy checkout. Items will not be shipped until payment is cleared.

If for any reason you wish to cancel an order, please do so ASAP within 24 hrs.

*CORONA VIRUS UPDATE*

I am currently doing ONE mailing a week (each Friday) until the lockdown is lifted or we feel it is safe to do more. This is to ensure we spend as little time as possible in the post office - note that there is a chance of delays with post, more so with international orders but in some areas of the UK there are also a lot of delays, so please have a little patience during this strange time! Rest assured both me and my partner are packing and posting your orders whilst following strict social distancing rules. Thank you so much for the support and stay safe! xo

How long will it take for my order to arrive to the UK?

We aim to pack your orders the same day or very next day and then send them out first class. But please allow a couple of days processing time as we sometimes get pretty busy and it's just the two of us!

Shipping is not tracked as standard. If you would like tracked shipping, please purchase the tracked upgrade at checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive if I live in the USA or overseas?

At the moment we do one international mailing a week (two during busy periods). Usually on a Friday morning.

Shipping times:
Royal Mail aim to deliver international packages within 7 working days, however on average we've found it can take 2-3 weeks.*

International mail is not tracked as standard. If you would like tracked shipping, please purchase the tracked upgrade at checkout.
