PAYMENT: I accept PayPal only. If you have any questions, feel free to convo me.

CANCELLATIONS: If your order is cancelled before shipped, the total will be refunded minus PayPal & Etsy fees. If a custom order is cancelled, the total will be refunded minus PayPal/Etsy fees, along with the total cost of the supplies purchased for the order.
Shipping
SHIPPING: I ship to the US and Canada only. In most cases, my items are all shipped via First Class from USPS. Depending on the size of the order, it may be shipped Priority. If you live outside of the US and would like an item, I can possibly set up a custom listing with the extra charges so that you can purchase it as well. Just convo me and let me know if you see something that you would really like to purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
REFUNDS: If you recieve an item and are not happy with it for any reason, please convo me firstly. We will be able to resolve the issue and possibly do an exchange. In cases that a refund may happen, the total will be refunded minus PayPal & Etsy fees. If a custom order is refunded, the total will be refunded minus PayPal/Etsy fees, along with the total cost of the supplies purchased for the order. If an item needs to be returned, the buyer will pay for shipping back to me. Once I recieve the item, the payment will then be refunded.

EXCHANGES: If an item is damaged en route to you, please convo me so we can set something up. In most cases, a replacement item will be sent to you at no additional charge. In addition to each exchange, I require a photo to be sent to me via convo so I can see the actual damage to the item or items to determine what kind of exchange will be made. (IE: If damage is only to 2 out of 5 items in a set, those 2 damanged items will be replaced.)
Additional policies and FAQs
CUSTOM ORDERS: For a custom order, please convo me before taking any action to an item in my shop. Once a order is then made via convo, a custom listing will be set up for you to purchase. Once payment is recieved, I will then start work on your order. Why is this? Because a custom order may require supplies that are not readily available to myself and will have to be purchased. If a custom order is refunded, the total will be refunded minus PayPal/Etsy fees, along with the total cost of the supplies purchased for the order.
