4 out of 5 starsThese were so adorable, but I do wish the quality of the pencils was better. A few of them had lead that was very brittle so when sharpened it broke and one had lead off center so sharpening made it look a little strange.

Is anyone still here?
Oh good! I was hoping I’d get the chance to introduce myself. I’m Rosie, the creative brain behind Life is Rosier, general merrymaker, and rainbow lover.
I’m a total Hufflepuff, which translated means I value hard work, loyalty, and being kind. Those qualities are my driving motivation to create a shop that celebrates happiness and positivity. A place where you feel inspired and excited, whether you’re shopping for a set of pencils that make you crack a smile, a gift tag to top your perfect package, or a banner to add some cheer to your party…
I hope Life is Rosier is a place where we can connect and be ourselves, while finding inspiring ways to add fun to each day, because fun in my business.

Returns and exchange details
If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I'm here to help.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS :
Please contact me within 7 calendar days of receiving your item to discuss an exchange or return.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and items must arrive in their original condition.
Once your item is received in it's original condition, I will initiate our agreed upon refund, and you will receive notification via Etsy.

Shipping
This is the time it takes me to make your item, and get it ready to ship, which varies by item.
Most of my items take 1-3 business days to process.
Sometimes due to material needs or peak holiday rush it could take longer. If this happens I generally will post the current processing time in the first line of the item details as well as update my listing.
Custom order's processing time varies, but will always be stated in your custom listing.
I ship orders Monday-Friday, and send a Shipping Notification Email when your order ships
US SHIPPING :
US Orders ship First Class Mail, which takes 2-5 business days to arrive.
You will receive a USPS tracking number in your shipping notification that will allow you to follow your order's progress.
Priority Mail Shipping Upgrades are available for an extra fee, and take 1-3 business days to arrive.
Under normal, domestic shipping circumstances, US shipping can take 3-10 business days. If your order hasn't arrived after 2 business weeks, please don't hesitate to contact me!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING :
International Orders ship via First Class International Mail.
Unfortunately, USPS doesn't provide a tracking number/delivery confirmation on international orders.
International orders can take 3 weeks or more to arrive. If your order is taking longer than expected, it may be held up in customs. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you are concerned your order has been lost.
International customers are responsible for paying all import taxes, VAT fees & tariffs of their country...these are not included in my shipping fee.

Additional policies and FAQs
Sending a gift? I don't include prices or receipts unless it is an International order, which requires one.
I'm always happy to include a note with a message if you are shipping directly to your recipient. All you have to do is leave your gift message in the 'notes to seller' at check out, and I will be sure to include it with your purchase.
COLORS :
I do my very best to portray the true colors of items in my pictures. However, colors may vary depending on home lighting/computer monitors.
CUSTOM ORDERS :
I love creating custom orders. If you have a different phrase or color you'd like, just convo me and we can work out the details.
I require payment be made before I start work on any custom order.

Frequently asked questions
Do you make custom pencil sets?
Due to the popularity of my regular sets, I do not currently offer custom sets.
What size are your banners?
The height of my banners vary by style. Sizing is described in each listing.
Lowercase banners: shorter letters like 'a' are approximately 3" tall, taller letters like 'h' are 4" tall.
Uppercase banners: all letters are 4" tall.
Mini banners: all letters are 1 ½” tall.
Length: varies by saying, but all are strung on a generous 8 feet of twine.
I have found these sizes are perfect for displaying at a party, using as a photo prop, or across your mantel.
When will I receive my happy mail?
My items typically take 1-3 business days to make, and get ready to ship.
This may vary for some items so please be sure to check under the shipping and policies tabs for 'processing time'.
Orders within the US ship via First-class mail (arrive 3-5 business days)
Priority shipping upgrades are available for an additional fee (arrive 2-3 business days)

What if I'm sending a gift?
Pricing or receipts are not included, unless it is an International order, which requires one.
All items are nicely packaged and gift ready.
If you would like a note included, simply leave your gift message in the 'notes to seller' at check out, and I will be sure to include it with your purchase.
