Frequently asked questions
Why did items in my order ship separately?
When you order from my shop, your order is sent to a printer who makes the item upon request. The items ship as soon as they are printed, and sometimes this means they are sent separately if the printing takes longer for some items or if they need to be packaged differently.
Custom and personalized orders
I do! Send me a message to request a T-shirt or item featuring your favorite mushroom species, or let me know if you'd like me to paint something custom for you. I have painted artwork for walls, logos, educational material, and even wedding invitations. Let's do a project together!
Sizing details
All T-shirts have a sizing chart included in the photos for the shirts. Please feel free to ask if you are unsure about what size you should order, I can help you make your decision. If you are unhappy with the size, please contact me and I can exchange it for the right one.
Are the mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes! All of the mugs I offer are safe to use in the microwave and will not be damaged in the dishwasher.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Many of the items come to you straight from a professional printing service so that they arrive in the fastest possible time. I am unable to gift wrap those items, but I can include a special message for free upon request. Any prints or cards can be wrapped upon request.
