For custom items, begin the order process by clicking the green "Add to Cart" button on your favorite listing and proceed to check out. Be sure to follow any ordering instructions within the item's description. You can view my entire shop here: LifeSimplified.etsy.com
My work is prioritized in the order of your purchase date so the sooner you order, the sooner I can ship your package, and the sooner it will arrive :).
Time frames will vary but are generally 5-10 business days for custom items and 1-3 business days for stock items. Please click on the “Shipping” tab located within the item listing for the current turnaround time (the date I will ship by, which does not include shipping/delivery time).
If you have a requested delivery date, I will do everything I can to deliver your item by that date. However, I cannot guarantee the date a package will arrive, just the date that I ship it by. If delivery cannot be give made in time, I am happy to provide a "Gift Notice" which you can print and give to the gift recipient. Ordering early is always best!

I always provide proofs for custom designs so that any changes can be made prior to creating your order and shipping. Providing a correct email address and approving your design quickly is really important to ensure I can ship your order on time. I strive to ship all custom orders within the item’s stated time frame. However, your ship date may need to be adjusted if the design is not approved within 4 business days of your scheduled ship date.
If I have not heard back from you at all on your design approval, I will contact you at least 4 times via the email addresses you provided to me via Etsy and through Etsy convos: www.etsy.com/conversations. After that, if I still have not received a response from you, I will consider the design approved, will create and ship your order as I have designed it, and will consider the project complete. Please be sure to check your junk mail folder if you have not received a message from me within 3 business days of your order date.

As soon as your order has shipped, I will send you a shipping update email via Etsy with a confirmation number and mark your order as “Shipped” in Etsy. You can check your order status here: www.etsy.com/your/purchases.
Please note that the “Expected Delivery Date” provided by Etsy and/or USPS are NOT guaranteed delivery dates, just estimations and are out of my control, especially around holiday times. I cannot guarantee the date a package will arrive, just the date that I ship it by. Ordering early is always best!
Most orders are shipped via US Postal Service (USPS). Once shipped, most orders arrive in 3-5 business days, but may take longer. If you would like a quicker or alternate shipping service, please contact me and I can provide you with a price.
I ship Worldwide; if you do not see your country listed please contact me for a price quote. International orders are shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) and usually arrive in 2-3 weeks after shipping, but may take longer to arrive as occasionally international orders are delayed by Customs. Unfortunately, this is out of my control and I encourage you factor this potential delay into the delivery time. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to Priority or Global Express, please contact me and I can provide you with a price. As a buyer you may be subject to duties, taxes and other customs fees for packages entering your country.
Ordering early is always best! However, a quicker shipping service may be available for an additional fee. Please ask me about expedited shipping options before you place your order - provide your zip code, delivery date requested, and the link to the item you are interested in.
Orders are shipped with delivery confirmation so that I know your package has arrived safely.
RETURN TO SENDER/ WRONG ADDRESS:
If an incorrect shipping address was provided to me, I will contact you for an alternate shipping address and cost to re-ship the item.
Refunds and Exchanges
Yep! I am happy to provide a refund for stock items within 7 days of receiving your order. Just contact me for a return shipping address. You are responsible for shipping your item back. Return shipments should include a tracking number and/or delivery confirmation. Please ship items back in their original form and packaging. Once I have received the item in original condition (unused, damage free, etc.) I will refund the purchase price less shipping costs.
RETURNING/ REFUNDING CUSTOM ITEMS:
Oh no! Custom items are non-refundable as they cannot be resold. Once a design is approved and order created, custom items cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded for "change of mind", failure to approve design/proof, not reading the item description, or for errors made by the customer. Full refunds are only available PRIOR to the order being created. Thank you for understanding.
Oops! I pride myself in details and quality craftsmanship; however, if I have made a mistake with your order, I will gladly replace your item at no cost. If you have approved a design that was incorrect and/or incorrect details were provided to me, please contact me to discuss what replacement options are available and how I can assist you.
Yikes! If you notice that any part of the order was damaged during shipping please notify me within 3 days and keep the box and all the packaging materials. This is necessary for me to submit an insurance claim and for your order to qualify for a replacement.
Good news! Your order is most likely delayed and not lost - I have only had 2 lost items in over 13,000 orders shipped in 8 years. In the rare case that your order has been delivered to the Bermuda Triangle, a refund or replacement may be provided for non-delivery after 30 days for domestic packages and after 45 days for international packages. Prior to refund, I will have you complete an affidavit of non-delivery for insurance purposes.

CUSTOM ORDER APPROVAL:
I will email you a proof to review within 3 business days of purchase. Please review your proof carefully checking for layout/design, fonts, spelling, color, omissions, etc. Your proof is provided to show you exactly what your final design will look like when printed, so please make sure you are 100% happy with your design and let me know if there any changes that need to be made and I will quickly send you a revision.
Please approve your design as quickly as possible to ensure that I can ship your order by the listed time frame. Your scheduled ship date may be adjusted if the design is not approved within 4 business days of your scheduled ship date.
My time and cost for creating custom designs are the same regardless of how many items you order, therefore, I do not provide discounts for multiple items (except when stated otherwise in item descriptions). However, I am happy to provide discounted shipping on multiple items which is automatically calculated for you at checkout.
Wholesale orders are welcome ~ please contact me for details. I do not provide products on consignment at this time.
As a designer, I reserve the right to photograph, share, or sell again any design that originates as a custom order from my shop. All designs and content are copyrighted by LifeSimplified.
