{ Refund Policy }

Please let us know right away if you are not satisfied with your order. Our goal is for you to be a very satisfied and repeat customer to our shop!

Because invitations are a time sensitive product, it is very important that you plan well in advance. Complications are rare but they do happen. Unfortunately, we cannot refund custom invitation orders in the event of postal delays that are beyond our control. If your invitations are lost in the mail however, we will replace them for you provided the delivery confirmation does not show that they have been delivered.

{ Digital Files }
Refunds for digital file orders will not be given once work on the first proof has commenced.

{ Printed Pieces }
Order cancellations for custom printed pieces will be granted prior to print approval. Clients will be given a full refund minus the graphic fee if work has commenced.
Post Print replacement is available for mailing issues or mistakes on the part of the shop.
Payment
A $100 deposit is required for custom wedding stationery. This deposit is required for your first set of proofs and will apply to your order total. Once we have designed your proofs the deposit cannot be refunded, and will be charged in full.

Printable orders require payment before customization. Once the first printable proof is sent, the payment cannot be refunded.

{ Proofing Process }

Your order includes 3 rounds of proofs. The first round of proofs will be emailed to you after you have submitted your wording. You may request changes two additional times, resulting in two additional sets of proofs. Each set of proofs after the initial 3 sets will be $25.

Full payment on your order is required before printing begins. The balance will be due after proof approval and before printing.

What's included in the proofing process?

• Personalization of your wording
• Color changes

What's NOT included in the proofing process?

• Font changes ($20 fee if font changes are allowed on the design)
• Custom color formulation (a specific color swatch must be given) ($20 fee)
• Major layout changes ($20 fee)
• Custom logos not already shown on the design or graphics changes ($20 fee)


{ Font Changes }

Font changes are not included in the proofing process but can be accommodated on select designs for a $20 design fee. Some invitations, where the design is based around the font, cannot be changed.


{ Custom Colors }

You can personalize your wedding stationery to any color. Color changes are complimentary and included in the proofing process.

If you would like a color that is not on our color chart there is a $20 fee for custom color formulation. A chart with various custom color options can be printed and mailed to you for $15 plus $2 shipping.


{ KS State Sales Tax }

An 7.525% sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to Kansas.


{ Cancellation Policy }

For customized stationery that requires proofs, such as wedding invitations, save the dates, menus, programs or personalized place cards, there is a cancellation fee of 25% or $100, whichever is greater, if you cancel your order. Personalized thank you cards are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

The reason there is a cancellation fee is because of the time we spend creating your custom proofs and due to the pre-order of the materials. When you place an order on our site and commit to using our service, we immediately begin working on your proofs. The design process is included in the pricing of our stationery and after it has been completed we cannot refund that part of the cost. Additionally, materials ordered are not returnable for us without fees and we must pass that fee along to the purchaser.

Once you have approved your proofs and the production process has been started, you cannot cancel your order, and the fee will be the full value paid.
Shipping
{ Shipping for Samples }

Samples are shipped via first class mail and will arrive within 4-5 days in the US, and within 5-30 days internationally.


{ Wedding Invitations & Stationery Processing Time}

Proofs: Digital Proofs will arrive within 2 business days of placing your order AND submitting your wording.

Printing: Printing takes 6 business days.

We STRONGLY recommend a timeline of 2 months or more for custom orders, as it frequently takes that long to complete the proof through print process.


{ Domestic Shipping (within US) for Wedding Invitations }

All stationery ships flat, carefully packaged and ready for assembly upon arrival. We ship via Priority Mail which arrives quickly within 2-3 days. Saturday delivery included. Express mail and overnight options are available for rush orders.


{ International Shipping (outside of the US) for Wedding Invitations }

We ship all international packages via Priority Mail. The shipping estimate for Priority Mail is 6-10 days. This is not a guarantee, but an estimate, and DOES NOT include time spent in customs. We are not responsible for any shipping delays due to customs.

Depending on the country, packages may stay in customs for several weeks or more. Please look into the customs and import policies of your country before placing your order. We recommend ordering 6-7 months in advance of your wedding for international customers.


{ Duties & Taxes on International Shipments }

Some countries charge tax and duties on international shipments. As the buyer, you are responsible for all taxes, duties and other charges your home country may make. Please look into the policies of your home country before placing your order.

{ Rush Shipping for International Orders }

We do offer USPS Express mail which has a 3-5 day shipping time, not including customs. If you are in a rush, please let us know and we can use this expedited shipping service. We can also ship UPS Worldwide, but please note that there may be brokerage fees upon delivery, so be sure to research this option before requesting it. Again, customs delays using any rush service are out of our control (as well as the delivery company's control) and are not our responsibility. The best way to avoid issues when shipping internationally is to plan ahead and order 6-7 months in advance.

{Proofs }

Please review proofs carefully. Proof changes are limited to wording changes, errors, and color edits.

It is the client's responsibility to identify mistakes made either by the client or ourselves. Items will print exactly as the proof appears. Reprints/refunds will not be granted for typos, etc. where a proof has been approved by the client.
