About

My Story

I am a mom of two working from home. I have a boy and a girl who keep me busier than I could ever ask for and more love than I would ever have guessed. I am married to the man of my dreams, he travels for work so I am thankful to be able to work from home.

I started making Breast Cancer decals at a rodeo and when they didn't sell good I listed them online. They sold like crazy and I heard a lot of brave women's stories along the way. After that I started making Breast Cancer shirts after being asked to. I got more into stickers around this time, I have also been involved in t-shirt printing for a little over 10 years and have now switched more geared towards clothing than decals.

We moved to Tennessee from California in 2013, after moving into our new home I had started bad habits. I kicked off my fitness journey a few months later and have been on it ever since. Not too long after this "Lift Her Up Clothing" was created. I have been working on it ever since.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Cancellation is not available after order has been processed (meaning sent to print/started).

Conditions of Exchange:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please keep tracking for your records, this is mandatory. No shipping costs will be refund.

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Around certain holidays some items have a priority option, please understand that priority shipping is 1-3 business day delivery, but it is not guaranteed by USPS. If there is a delay caused by USPS, Lift her up co. will not be held accountable. Although this is rare, there is always a chance of delay.

Turnaround Time & Date Requests

Current turnaround varies depending on item. Most items ship next day, but please refer to the turnaround time on each item to be sure.

If you are needing something by a certain date, please contact me before hand. I will make every effort to get you the item within your time frame if I am able.

If an order is placed without previous contact regarding a date and order is processed before any contact is made, I may not be able to to cancel your order.

Custom and personalized orders

Yes, I do customized order. However I will not copy someone else's design or use a trademarked phrase.

Sizing details

Please be sure to read the sizing detail in the description of the item. I have broken it down best in each one. By sending a message to ask and not reading the description you will be slowing down my overall turnaround time. If you still have questions after reading the description please message me.

Care instructions

It is best to wash cool/warm, inside out, do not iron and do not bleach.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I do offer gift wrapping for my tees, however if gift wrapping is paid for on larger items, you will be refund as I do not have materials to gift wrap them.
