Returns and exchange details
Please contact me before leaving feedback and/or returning the item so we can discuss the return.
Once we have discussed your return, I'll provide instructions on where to ship the item. After I've received your return, I'll promptly refund your purchase price minus the original cost of shipping (this is my cost to ship the item to you even though you had free shipping).
Please note: Items must be in their original, unused and new condition or they will not be accepted for a refund. Personalized items are usually not returnable; however I may make an exception depending on the personalized item you wish to return. Please contact me before you return your item so we can discuss if it's returnable or not.
Payment
Sales tax: Etsy collects the appropriate sales tax for your order; I have no control over this.
Shipping
All domestic USA orders are shipped for FREE by USPS Priority Mail. I will provide you with a delivery tracking number once your order has been shipped. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours (unless being custom made), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Additional policies and FAQs
A. The jewelry that I create which has letters or wording on it is stamped by hand, individually, one letter at a time. Nothing is done with a machine. It takes planning and time to create personalized stamped jewelry. With this in mind, please understand that words will not always be perfectly straight and centered. This is what makes each piece of jewelry unique and one of a kind. Even when I try to duplicate an item I’ve made in the past it will not be exactly the same. This is what I love about making handmade jewelry. You can be assured that any item you buy from me is truly unique in its own way.
Q. What makes your items different and unique from store bought items?
A. All of the items you see in my Etsy store are handmade by me. Nothing is premade. All of the jewelry and metal art that I make is created from raw pieces of metal, copper and other types of metal. The items start as a flat, round or square piece of metal and then I cut, hammer, weld, stamp and finish it into the final pieces you see. You can be assured that you are receiving a one of kind piece of jewelry or metal art.
