I only accept PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to send payment via PayPal, you can use a credit card. For further information please visit PayPal web site.
Payment through PayPal is expected at time of checkout. After making your selection, when you reach the last page of Paypal's checkout process, be sure to click on the "Pay Now" button to ensure the transaction is complete. I will only send out your package after transaction has been completed.
I ship within 3 business days after PayPal confirms the payment.
The orders will be sent by first class registered air mail. Turkish Postal Service (PTT) delivers items usually within 2 working days to foreign international dispatch (traceable).
The following day, the orders arrive to inbound international arrival, New York (USPS) or to your local postal service's inbound international arrival point. The rest of the traceable delivery length is up to speed of United States Postal Service or your local postal service.
Even if it does not happen often, orders are occasionally delayed by customs. This is out of my control and just take this eventuality into consideration please. I cannot be responsible once your purchase leaves the post office.
I also combine shipping.
I ship to the address listed on your etsy receipt.
Refunds and Exchanges
For refunds, buyer must send me the item within 3 days of receiving it in any condition following a mutual agreement.
Refund will be issued only when items are received. Shipping costs will NOT be refunded and buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of sending back the unwanted items.
If an item is returned and determined to not be in resalable (used, soiled, washed, ripped or torn) condition a refund will NOT be issued and the item will be returned at the customers expense.
For custom orders all sales are final and unfortunately I will not be accepting refunds or exchanges.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I do not edit the colors of my pictures and strive to show my items as they appear in natural light. Colors may vary slightly depending on your computer's monitor settings.
