    How do I and when can I download my files?

    1.Purchase the photograph File download of your choice.
    2. After your purchase, you'll receive an email (to the address you have in
    your Etsy account) with a link to download your print.
    3. save the download on your computer and you are set to use the
    download file for printing.

    You can also view your download link for your print on your receipt page under "Purchases & Reviews" or visit the Etsy help site if you have any trouble with your download at (https://www.etsy.com/help/article/3949?ref=help_search_result).

    Can I have a file size that is not listed?

    Sure, the easiest way is to purchase the existing listing and them message me with your size requirement. I will email your custom file to you via WeTransfer within 24 hours.

    How many times can I use my files?

    You can print your artwork as many times as you want - as long as it is for your own personal use.
    The user assumes all risks of copyright infringement.

    Where can I print my newly bought artwork?

    PRINTING:
    Print your files directly from your home printer, use professional photo lab, an online Photo lab or a local printing service. Print as many copies as you need ( for your personal use only):
    * Use it as a art decor for your home
    * as an emergency gift,
    * use small size as a postcard,
    * Have it Transfer on canvas using one of many print labs.

    FRAMING:
    There is many high quality, stylish frames available. Those prints are designed to fit the most popular photo frames

    Are the artworks copyrighted?

    Yes. The graphics, photographs, and text sold and used by LightOnFire are copyrighted and redistribution or commercial use is prohibited without express written permission. LightOnFire retains all copyright ownership and all rights to exploit its copyrights where
    applicable. You may print for personal use only. The user assumes all risks of copyright infringement.

    Do you accept returns, exchanges, cancelation or exchanges?

    I don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

    I always want you to be happy with your purchase, so please be sure to
    let me know if you have any problems with your purchase such as download errors or issues, etc. I'll always do my best to help resolve any issue quickly.

    How do I select he right size image file?

    Generally, this will be your personal choice and will be determined by the image placement. After you have selected a location, determine which of the many listed sizes will fit that space best. Now note the ratio of this size and use the Master image of this same ratio.

    Example, an 8x12 file ratio will print a photograph, 8 inches by 12 inches
