Wholesale availability
Many of our items are available for wholesale purchase! We have a linesheet available, please send us an Etsy convo or email us at info(at)lightandpapershop.com
Rush Orders
Please contact us if you need an item for a quickly upcoming date. We will do our best to accommodate, but will need to be made aware of the time constraints before the item is ordered.
When will my item ship?
We are currently shipping orders once a week. Due to COVID-19 there are significant carrier delays at this time - we cannot guarantee any delivery dates at this time.
Items within Canada and the USA take approximately 4-8 days after shipping.
Custom items may take 1-2 weeks before being shipped.
We do not provide refunds on items that do not reach their destination for a specific date due to shipping or customs delays.
Can you make a cake topper based on this sample photo?
No - we don’t design custom toppers from scratch - we just have the cake toppers listed, many of which can be customized!
