Lights, paper and dreams...

Our common passion for upcycling and DIY made us meet first and then fall in love.
From this union we gave life to Lights & Silhouettes in 2017, with the first papercut silhouette shadow boxes entirely handmade and handcut in Italy.
Since then we never stopped and ended up bringing our creations all over the world thanks to local makers markets and our Etsy shop.

Lights & Silhouettes represents the things we love the most:
Linda's passion for paper and light effects;
Simone's need to experiment and learn new stuff all the time.

Our purpose?
Surprise, amaze, and make people smile and dream through our creations.
And why not?
Stop the time whenever someone looks at them, even for a second.

Who knows, the road has still to be created and our creativity has no limits...

    Passionate about upcycling and fascinated by light effects, I'm an Italian maker who loves making new things and trying new techniques all the times. I design and create the silhouette light boxes sold in this shop using card stock.

    Passionate about DIY, I love creating things out of nowhere following thousands of ideas that pass on my mind everyday. I'm responsible of the light boxes' lighting, working on their electrical parts, and the creation of the wooden frames.
