I bought three of these dish towels, LOVE them. One for myself, two as gifts. They have a great vintage look, and are well sewn ❤ Wish there were more to buy!

It is far too pretty to have tucked away in my sewing basket, so I have it sitting out along side of it where it can be seen and enjoyed all of the time:) I had purchased a clothespin bag from Sarah and the sewing is so careful and neat that I have used it turned inside out to enjoy both of the calico patterns that the clothespin bag is made from. I have two clothespin bags in one! What a wonderful gift Sarah has....

About

Historical Clothing, Classic Literature and Country Aprons

Over the years I have greatly enjoyed history, classic literature and handicrafts. These loves are definitely expressed in what I sew.

In 2003 I graduated from home schooling and at that time I took a course in dressmaking. I have always enjoyed sewing, even from a very young age. As a youngster I would sew doll clothes, with the help of my mom, from scrap fabric she had left over from her latest sewing project. As I grew older my grandmothers taught me to crochet, embroider and knit. In the summer of 2003 I began sewing full time, and continue to do so.

June of 2013 I was blessed to marry my best friend, and love of my life, Adam. We both love old-fashioned, country living and reside in a mid-1800's farm house on a beautiful rural road. In September of 2014 we welcomed our sweet little daughter into the world.

I thank the Lord for the creativity He has blessed me with. And, I pray that all who visit my Etsy shop will be blessed too!
