Returns and exchanges
If you are unhappy with the item that you purchased, please contact me. I put a lot of care into all my art, and it would make me sad if you didn't love it as much as I do. I do not have a hard and fast return and exchange policy, but generally I will try to work with you on exchanges of undamaged goods, in their original condition, within 30 days of the date of receipt.
Return shipping will be the buyer's responsibility, and no payments will be released until the returned item has been received by me. If we arrange for an exchange, I will pay shipping to send you the replacement good.
I only accept Paypal for goods, but if there is a reason why you are unable to use Paypal, please contact me so we can discuss other forms of payment.
If you would like an item shipped outside of the continental United States, please contact me so I can calculate your shipping costs.

All paintings and large packages will be shipped parcel or ground, unless you would like me to arrange for alternative shipping. Likewise, if you would like to add insurance to your package, I will be happy to add this option, otherwise I can not be responsible for damages due to improper handling of the package.
Additional policies and FAQs
I am happy to discuss commissions and special assignments, if we agree on a project we are both excited about. 50% of the payment will be due when we agree on the commission, and 50% (plus shipping costs) will be due upon completion.
