1 out of 5 starsThese were supposed to be a Christmas gift. While there were of course USPS delays this season, there was a very long delay in this even shipping. Once it was marked as shipped, it was in the pre-transit stage for a while before I reached out to see if it had actually been shipped, as it had been almost a month. Never got a reply from the seller and had to pursue a refund with Etsy.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
All custom orders will be carefully confirmed with you, therefore returns or exchanges will have to be determined on a case by case basis.
However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us with the details of your order as well as the details of the damages within 14 days of receiving your product.
Refund will be issued after confirmation of the item has been returned within 30 days of receiving your product. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
All exchanges need to notify us within 14 days of receiving your product.
Shipping charges will not be refunded. We recommend when returning an item for a refund or exchange that you should ship the product with a tracking number. We will do our best to remedy the situation as soon as possible!
