Efforts on my part: I am taking every effort possible to make sure when your items leave my shop they are safe! From that point, it is up to the US Postal Service. My shop has been locked down from the public since the pandemic started.

CUSTOM/SPECIAL ORDERS: Due to the quantities of custom/special orders, payment is required prior to placing orders with my suppliers. ALSO NOTE: once these orders have been placed with my suppliers there are no refunds/returns, these are specially ordered just for you. If there is a sale running during the time you order that discount will apply, otherwise I will extend a discount price of 15% off. Thank you.

SHIPPING NOTES: All my shipments are sent insured, I like to make sure your items are safe!
1. Your order will ship the following USPS shipping day after it is placed (Monday - Saturday) and the payment clears. No shipping on Sundays or USA Holidays.
2. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
3. Refunds/Exchanges will not take place until the original items have been returned to me, packaged as they were, with tracking and insured. If you return items due to your error, dislike, etc original shipping charges will not be refunded.
4. If your country is not listed please convo me for shipping prices.
5. If there are significant overages after shipping charges are taken care of, I will gladly refund you.
6. Please understand once your package leaves me, I have no control over that package, only USPS does. I will do anything I can to help you if you have an issue, just contact me. All shipments are insured!

Lil Czech Treasures came about in May of 2014, located in a small town in Mississippi. Prior to this, I designed jewelry for over a decade, mainly wire wrap pieces. The thought never crossed my mind I could enjoy anything more than making jewelry, until I opened my bead shop! The beautiful art of handmade Czech glass beads and buttons became my treasures and so came the name of my shop…”Lil Czech Treasures.”
I have enjoyed selling Czech glass beads and buttons on Etsy for the past three years, so much that I've expanded my treasures to consist of: Ancient Roman Glass Beads; Vintage Beads & Cabochons/Stones; Art Deco; Art Nouveau; Egyptian Revival; Japanese Cherry Brand Beads & Cabochons; Raw Brass; Plated Brass and Findings!
