If you have a concern or an issue with quality control about your item please email me PRIOR to leaving feedback and we'll work it out, it's my goal above all else to make sure you are happy with your jewelry.

Rings are custom orders, make sure you send me the correct size. If you need help with sizing, please let me know.

ALL custom orders are final sale! They are handmade just for you! Pieces are photographed in natural light to showcase its true coloring and to show all details in the piece, which eliminates any surprises in your order.

For all other orders: you have 10 days after purchase to return any items. If an item breaks you can return it for a full refund immediately OR send back for immediate repair.(note:I will reimburse you the shipping fee) This is RARE, but working with raw minerals can sometimes result in a break or pop. This means a stone has come loose or popped completely off. I do not accept returns on items that have been broken as a result of dropping or being careless with the piece. I try to to be as accurate as possible with sizing. If sizing becomes an issue, you can return it or if possible send in for re-sizing within the 10 day grace period.

With US orders I ship priority mail with tracking every time for your protection and mine. I try to ship out every other day. If you need something sooner, message me and I will make it happen for you!

I ship via first class mail but am happy to add insurance and express mail services. Please understand that if you decline to have these services added I can't be responsible if your packages goes awry or is damaged. Please note that I take extra care in packaging when shipping international. Feel free to contact me with your concerns prior to purchase.
**NOTE: USPS Priority for international orders has limited tracking. Once the package has left the USA I can no longer track it.

Additional note: I cannot be responsible for packages that have become lost or stolen via postal system. If you are worried about either of these threats, please contact me about adding insurance to your order.
