Returns and exchanges
All of my products are made by hand, and I do my best in providing affordable prices, therefore I do not accept returns. However, satisfying customers is the highest priority, so please make sure to make contact me regarding your concerns if you are not happy with your item upon receiving it.
Payments must be received within 24 hours through Paypal. California residents please add CA sales tax of 8.5% to your order, thank you!
All orders are shipped within 2-5 business days using USPS, unless it is custom work.

{ Items in stock }

Most of the time I only list 1 item in stock, so if you would like more than one of a certain item, please convo me and I will be happy to make your personal listing with the amount you need.

{ Custom Orders }

I do take custom orders for items which you would like printed in another color or another message (if the item is able to be customized to fit your needs). There are no additional fees for custom orders.

{ Lost Packages }

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages and I do not give refunds on them either. However, I will do my best in helping you figure out a problem, and in SOME cases, I will replace the product and resend a second time at no charge. But please know that this might not be the case depending on product value.

I can always let you know when your item was sent, since I keep all post office receipts. Also I'll do my best to send you a message letting you know I've sent out your package.

PayPal & Etsy's policy state that if I can prove an item was shipped, I am not liable to refund or reship lost items. Proof will be the post office recipt.
