This is a great template to have in your collection. It is clean, well-designed, and easy to modify. The designer provided excellent instructions on how to use photo masks and where to obtain the fonts used in the template. I highly recommend and would purchase from this designer again.

What is your turnaround time for custom orders?
My turnaround time varies from week to week as I'm usually working with 6-15 customers at any given time. Unless otherwise stated in the listing, expect most projects to take 3-10 business days to complete depending on the complexity and revision requests.
▶ ▶ For new requests and projects not listed in my shop, I am currently taking orders for custom designs to begin after April 1st.
Will this item be shipped to me?
No, what you are purchasing is a Digital File only. No physical items will be sent. This means that not only are there no shipping charges, but you will receive your item quickly! All items are designed to be printed on a home or professional printer.
What files will I receive?
Design files are delivered to you in final, print-ready, high resolution formats (JPG or PDF). Source files (PSD, AI, EPS) are not included with designs but may be purchased for an additional fee.
JPG files are suitable for home printing, for printing as a photo, and for many online vendors. If your printer requires a CMYK file, you should request this file type in the 'Notes to Seller' section at the time you place your order.
For custom orders, your final printable files will be sent to you via email or downloadable link within 24 hours after final approval and payment has been made.
How many proofs/revisions will I receive for a custom order?
You will receive 3 proofs. Your initial proof will be emailed after your order is placed and you’ve provided all necessary details and files.
Flat rate design work includes up to two rounds of minor revisions for free, or one hour of revision time, whichever comes first. I include one round of revisions after you proof the initial design and then a second round, if needed, before delivery of the final product to ensure it is right.
Minor Revisions include changing the wording of text, name changes, and adjusting a color.
Major Revisions include moving images or text, addition or removal of design elements, or any other material change to the design/layout.
Additional revisions or major revisions are provided at an hourly rate.
Can I see a proof before buying?
Due to the nature of custom design work, I’m unable to provide a proof before you purchase.
What if I don’t have a good quality logo to use?
If you’re not able to provide a good quality logo for your design, I do have a Logo Clean Up/ Recreating service available.
Most logos or images can be recreated for a standard fee; however images with more detail are subject to quoting prior to vectorizing the image. Please contact me for more details.
How can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are only available in these circumstances:
For instant download items, cancellations or refunds are given only if the file has not yet been downloaded.
For custom designs, cancellations or refunds are given only if you contact me before I have begun work on the initial proof, which can happen at any time after you order.
All items come with a non-exclusive limited use license.
All items are for personal use and are not to be resold or distributed for free unless specifically stated otherwise in the listing description. The buyer may not alter or edit any graphic or file to create other items for sale.
Layered master/source files, names of fonts, graphics, etc. will not be provided to the buyer. These are an integral part of my designs and are considered a private resource.
Custom designs created by me may be used in LilLexiLu portfolios, advertising, and marketing materials.
LilLexiLu remains the sole and exclusive owner and holder of all design copyrights.
