I am so happy that you chose one of my designs. I hope you enjoy them! I strive to make beautiful, enchanting things for lil ones and their mommies. Each one of my designs is handmade and one of a kind. I take a lot of pride and time in creating these magical creations. I do this for the joy of creativity and bringing a smile to other's faces.
I CAN ONLY GUARANTEE DELIVERY DATE IF YOU PAY THE RUSH FEE AND PAY FOR EXPRESS MAIL.
I ship items via Priority with delivery confirmation..except croquet sets which are all sent express mail. I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the US Postal Service. I will ship via air on rush orders or upon requested. If you need an item by a certain date, I will ship Express and extra shipping charges will apply. Unfortunately, priority mail is not guaranteed and I have had a few mishaps with the post office and customers getting things within the 2-3 time frame they claim it will take.
ALLOW 6-8 WEEKS FOR COMPLETION from time of purchase, OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN THE LISTING. On average, I hope to get things out in two weeks, but please allow for more time depending on volume (ie how many orders I have to fill). I am a busy mom and have a special needs child, so please be understanding if there is a delay. I am convo friendly and will let you know the time line as I am making the item. Most of my items are custom made upon purchase. If they are ready to ship...it will say that in the listing.
I create my items in the order the invoices are received. However, if you want a rushed item or your item to be first on my list, there is a rush fee of $10.00 per item.
Free shipping will be done via first class mail.
Refunds and Exchanges
Canvas Art: Before mailing, I will email you a photo proof of the item for your approval. Due to the customization and the amount of work that goes into creating the canvas art, I do not accept returns or offer refunds once the work is completed.
Dresses and other clothes: They may be exchanged if they do not fit for another size, ONLY IF I HAVE ANOTHER SIZE IN STOCK. If I do not, I will be willing to alter it for you. I usually make a dress in a specific print once in every size. When that size is sold, that is it. This way the items remain one of a kind. The item must be returned back to me and be in the same shape it was when I sent it out. It can not be worn or have any defects. The postage cost for returning must be payed by the buyer.
****If you need a refund, the item must be returned to me in the same condition it was upon my sending it to you. I will not refund items that are not returned back in their original, unused condition. In order to get a refund, I must have received the item back before I can issue a refund*******.
Additional Policies and FAQs
In the very unlikely happenstance of breaches in the "Do's and Don'ts of Etsy" (http://www.etsy.com/policy/dosdonts), I will retain the right to refuse a transaction. As this is a very uncommon and regrettable situation, I try my hardest to prevent this from happening. I want your experience with our transaction to be as smooth and as wonderful for you as possible. As this is a small business, I strive to be understanding and respect all my customers and I would hope this would be mutual. If I cancel the transaction...you will be notified immediately and a refund will be issued at that moment of the cancellation. As stated in the refusing section of the Dos and Donts of Etsy...the refusal for a transaction with a specific buyer will be indefinite.
