Shipping and payment information can be found in my Profile. For all international orders, please convo me for a shipping quote. After your first purchase with lillybelle designs, you will ALWAYS receive 10% off any future order as a "lillybelle designs returning customer"! Not many shops offer this discount, but I value my customers and always look forward to working with each and every one of you over and over again! There is no longer any coupon to apply at checkout. All refunds will be manually applied directly to your account. Your complete satisfaction is my top priority! While I have done my best to accurately and faithfully describe my items with text and photos and will stand behind each and every one, if you receive an item that you are not 100% completely satisfied with, please contact me within 7 days to arrange a timely return of the item for a full refund. All shipping charges and personalized items, however, are NOT refundable.
Shipping
USPS Priority Mail is used within the U.S. and internationally. All international buyers should contact me prior to purchasing so that an accurate shipping total can be determined. USPS First Class Mail is used for shipments under 13 oz. only. Insurance is optional. Delivery confirmation is provided for all First Class and Domestic Priority shipments and is paid by lillybelle Designs. If you would like to purchase insurance, please let me know ahead of time, and I will set up a special listing for you. Rest assured, if your package ships for less than originally charged, your paypal account WILL be promptly reimbursed. Shipping times are listed in each of my listings. A confirmation convo will be sent as soon as your items have been shipped. I take great care in packaging ~~ your items will arrive with hangtags, will be wrapped in tissue paper and tulle bow, and will have a required CPSIA tag which includes origin, fabric content, and washing instructions.
