O talento artístico remonta a várias gerações do lado da família do meu pai - pintores, relojoeiros, fotógrafos, músicos e até mesmo um dramaturgo - por isso sempre pareceu natural ser criativo. Eu sempre amei desenhar e pintar, e também me envolvi em design floral por um tempo, mas design de joias é minha verdadeira paixão.
Entrei para a Etsy em 2007, e fiquei impressionado com a quantidade infinita de talento que vi aqui. Em 2009 eu finalmente tive coragem de abrir minha própria loja e que grande experiência de aprendizado que tem sido! Abriu um mundo totalmente novo para mim e por isso devo a Etsy uma dívida de gratidão. A experiência de abrir minha loja e colocar minhas coisas em exposição para o mundo ver me deu a confiança que eventualmente levou a ter meu trabalho em revistas como Belle Armoire Jewely, Jewely Affaire, BeadStyle e Bead Trends.
Minhas joias são criadas com uma mistura de componentes novos e vintage, objetos encontrados, vidro tcheco premium e contas de pedra. Estou constantemente sendo inspirado para aprender novas técnicas e crescer em meu conhecimento e habilidade, na esperança de que eu possa continuar a oferecer peças de joias únicas e bem feitas que meus clientes vão gostar de usar. Recentemente me ensinei a esmaltação queimada, o que me dá outra fonte para adicionar cor e textura ricas aos meus desenhos.

Artistic talent goes back several generations on my dad's side of the family - painters, watchmakers, photographers, musicians and even a playwright - so it always seemed natural to be creative. I've always loved to draw and paint, and I also dabbled in floral design for a while, but jewelry design is my real passion.
I joined Etsy in 2007, and was amazed at the endless amount of talent I saw here. In 2009 I finally got up the courage to open my own shop and what a great learning experience that has been! It's opened up a whole new world for me - and for that I owe Etsy a debt of gratitude. The experience of opening my shop and putting my things on display for the world to see gave me the confidence that eventually led to having my work featured in magazines such as Belle Armoire Jewelry, Jewelry Affaire, BeadStyle and Bead Trends.
My jewelry is created with a mixture of new and vintage components, found objects, premium Czech glass and stone beads. I'm constantly being inspired to learn new techniques and to grow in my knowledge and ability, in hopes that I can continue to offer unique and well made jewelry pieces that my customers will enjoy wearing. I recently taught myself torch fired enameling, which gives me another source to add rich color and texture to my designs.
