Since we are a brick and mortar store and NOT a home business, we are NOT open after 5:00pm to answer messages. We are also closed on weekends. Please be patient if you message us after hours. We will communicate with you the next business day.

Thank you for stopping by! Our raglan jerseys have been a major hit, but we want to give an important heads up! We have provided detailed size charts with all shirts available in our shop. These jerseys are unisex, so please read over the size charts and order accordingly. We can NOT refund due to size issues unless the shirt does not line up with the size chart we provide. The size charts are always in the listing photos or the listing description. Please be careful when placing your orders. Some buyers have been purchasing youth sizes by accident instead of adults. We will no longer be messaging the custom to verify if this is correct. Please double check your sizes before checking out.

If your order includes a special order (special size or even a special color-- ie: you wanted black sleeves instead of red), and you request a refund or exchange after the special order has been placed, you will be required to pay for the cost of the shirt and will not receive a refund for that shirt. We will show proof of that purchase, but we will NOT refund because of a mistake on the buyer's end. If it is a mistake we made, we will take care of your order on our end. Please check all sizes before checking out. If the shirt was created and shipped out, we will *NOT* be able to offer any kind of refund on the completed shirt if the shirt was a special order.

Lil Seabag is not responsible for color differences that vary from monitor/screen compared to the actual product.

Refunds will not be processed after 24 hours. All shirts are ordered and started within 24-36 hours and can not be cancelled. If we do approve a cancellation a restock fee will occur. Any defects in the product must be properly documented and noted within 3 business days. Photos of all products will be taken by Lil Seabag prior to leaving store, so any differences in our photos and the photos submitted by buyer for refund request will be denied. No refunds on any custom orders. This includes and is not limited to names, monogram, school names, and greek letters.

Size charts are available on every single listing, so please use these size charts to decide which size to use. If any of the charts are confusing, please message us prior to ordering. We are here to help! Any orders with size issues will be handled on a case by case basis, but please understand that most will not be returned or exchanged.

If you request a refund for the shirt because of size, we will require that you show photos of the shirt measurements (using a tape measure) to show us that the measurements do not align with the size chart. If a refund is accepted, we require that you ship that back to us first before we process a refund or exchange.

Please notify us within 3 business days of delivery (as marked by USPS postal tracking) of any defects or errors in your order. After 5 business days after delivery we can not be responsible to fix any mistakes. Buyer must show proof of the shirt or shirts being sent back to us before a refund or new shirts are made. Defects do not include size differences unless you are able to send us photos of the shirt with measurements using a tape measure to show us that the shirt is not consistent with the size chart. Defects do not include LENT.

If your order includes a special order (special size or even a special color-- ie: you wanted black sleeves instead of red or a different tshirt style), and you request a refund, exchange, or change in size/color of shirt after the order has been placed by us to our supplier, you will be required to pay for the cost of the shirt and will not receive a refund for that shirt. We will show proof of that purchase, but we will NOT refund because of a mistake on the buyer's end. The cost of the special order shirt will be the restocking fee, as we do not carry these shirts in our store and we will be out of pocket the shirt plus shipping. If it is a mistake we made, we will take care of your order on our end 100% and have the correct order made. Please check all sizes before checking out. If the shirt was created and shipped out, we will *NOT* be able to offer any kind of refund on the completed shirt if the shirt was a special order. (This includes custom design/ color of shirt)
Payment
All payments are handled by Etsy, and we will begin the process (ordering your blank shirt from our supplier, creating the design, etc.) once the payment processes. If you have a pending payment that is pending for more than 24 hours, please contact Etsy to find the resolution to this.

Coupons can *NOT* be added to your order after purchasing and a refund can not be made in the coupon amount. This is a reward system for reading the description.
Shipping
All shipping is USPS flat rate, unless you request an upgrade in shipping. For smaller orders, we can upgrade priority for $7.00 fee. If you need a rush on your order and your order does not require us to order the blanks for the shirts, we can bump your order to the front of all of the open orders for $7.50 Please contact us prior to ordering if you need a priority shipping or rush fee upgrade.

If you do not receive your package because of an incorrect address or a forwarding issue with the USPS, we will not offer a refund. We will resend another package if your address remains the same and the USPS does not deliver due to unknown reasons-- incorrect addresses will not be acknowledged for refunds or re-submission of items. Seller must pay for shipping if item is sent back as a return to sender and item needs to go to new address. We can not be held responsible if seller puts incorrect address. If you message us asking for the order to be remade and resent, you must use the same address as the original order. This cuts down on fraud as well as us losing money because of an error with customer input on addresses.

If you put the incorrect address on your order, we will have to refund your order and have you reorder again with the correct address.
Additional policies and FAQs
*PLEASE NOTE: No proof or preview will be sent!* We can not create a sample for you to see prior to order because of the mass volume of orders we receive.

All shirts are bought in bulk and we must have a minimum order for our supplier before we can order blanks. Because of this, we order 1-2 times a week but less during slower months. Please know that the time frame for when the item is to be shipped is created to account for the fact that we have to buy from a supplier for our shirts. Buying from our wholesale supplier allows us to pass the savings onto you, so please allow the full processing time to be fulfilled before messaging us for your order. Thank you!
