Took over a month to receive. Lied about shipping it a week and a half before she actually did. Excuse after excuse. Wasn't impressed with the ring.

The ring delivered was what was requested. I mailed the package not priority so it took longer to deliver.

It was a wonderful experience purchasing from Christy :) Great to deal with, and wonderfully handled my crappy situation! Long story short, I purchased a necklace during the xmas rush, but she made & shipped quickly! Unfortunately, the tracking told me the package got delivered, yet it was nowhere to be found.. BUT, Christy came to the rescue! After telling her the situation, she started a claim with USPS, said she was sad my wife wouldn't get to enjoy the gift, and wanted to make a new one and ship it off as soon as it was made! :) A few days later, the original package was actually delivered; USPS had stuck the sticker over the first # of my address so it went to the wrong place! So, a) I have nice neighbours, and b) Christy was willing to go above and beyond so a customer could get to enjoy one of her wares! A++++!!
..using vintage materials to make pretty things...
Graduating from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a degree in Art History, I have always been fascinated with the visual and literary arts. Each piece is inspired by Art Deco and Japanese textiles, vintage art slides, classic literature, sheet music and hymnals. We all remember a favorite book or church hymnal from growing up, and my collection hopefully gives another value on something that is more meaningful than just wearing another piece of jewelry for the day. My technique includes finding my inspiration in my paper and materials. I first started with textile prints and then expanded into vintage classic books, old church hymnals, and vintage maps.
