Welcome to Lil Stinker Design, a Florida studio creating our own handmade double-sided ornaments. One of the original Etsy ornament sellers, you’ll find our personalized Christmas ornaments for new baby, anniversaries, just married, first home, grandparents, kids, pets – you name it! With more than 46,000 happy customers to date, we now have hundreds of wonderful ornament designs for you to choose from. Distinctive designs for lasting memories. Handmade from a glossy ceramic ornament, our beautifully designed images are permanently fused to the surface of the ornaments (this is NOT a decal) and therefore will not peel, crack or fade. Our ceramic ornaments are double sided and we personalize the ornament for FREE. They really make the best gifts as well as wedding favors, shower gifts, wedding presents and realtor closing gifts.
We ship on Tuesday and Friday mornings, generally, throughout the year but increase production and shipping days as we near the holidays. Select upgraded shipping if you need your order faster. For even faster processing, ADD-ON the Rush Production listing.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Please be aware it is the full responsibility of the buyer to ask any questions prior to purchasing.
CHANGES to existing text - We can always change text, names and years for your order. Provide your personalization at checkout, as needed to complete your order. Specify if text is to be replaced or eliminated. Current year is added if none is specified by the buyer at checkout.
CUSTOM DESIGNS -
If you want to change existing artwork or create a new design, please contact shop owner to describe what you want and provide an example, if possible. There is likely a custom design fee in addition to the cost of the product you're buying.
During the holidays we do not create any custom designs due to high sales volume.
CERAMIC & MDF ORNAMENT DESCRIPTIONS
- MADE IN THE USA; shipped from Florida.
* 2-sided CERAMIC ornament is about 3” x 1/8” thick (coin shaped, not a sphere). Front is duplicated to the back. Offered with or without a gift box.
- Image is permanently fused to surface; will not peel, crack or fade. The art is not a decal.
- White satin ribbon for hanging or ask for red.
- Final product may vary from that pictured due to monitor variations and because each design is handmade and made to order. We try to accurately represent our product through photographs and descriptions. We want you to love your special item and come back for more!
HOW TO PROVIDE PERSONALIZATION
Please provide personalization exactly as needed (line-by-line) and with correct spelling, in the "Notes to Seller" area at checkout (the box under the product photo when you're looking at your shopping cart).
If purchasing more than one item at a time, please provide the SKU (found at end of the product title [ie. OR323]) along with personalization for each item.
PURCHASING MORE THAN ONE ITEM? Add all items to shopping cart prior to checkout to save on shipping costs. If two or more product are purchased separately, refunds will not be granted for combining orders.
UPDATE SHIP-TO ADDRESS
ORDERS will ship ONLY TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED by Etsy. We will not change addresses after purchase. If a request is made to change the address the order will be refunded and cancelled so that the buyer may place a new order with the correct address.
ADDRESS ERRORS: Buyers are responsible for additional shipping charges if an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address and you would like it to be reshipped to a new address. Lil Stinker Design is not responsible for missing packages due to an incorrect address.

SHIPPING, GIFT WRAP, GIFT NOTE & PACKAGING
Shipping is a third party service – the USPS. Therefore, we have no control over timely delivery, loss, or damage. Any claims of loss or damage should be made to the delivery service.
Ceramic ornaments (2.8") - Choose paper gift bag or gift box at checkout. Gift box includes a red ribbon and a blank note for writing your own message. We can include a SHORT gift note with your order, if you provide one at checkout. Product arrives ready for gift-giving with no financial information.

PRODUCTION TIME
PRODUCTION TIME is how long it takes for us to create the order after the order is received. SHIPPING TIME is the length of time it takes for the shipping carrier to deliver the order, which is not included in production time frame.
During the year our production time is generally 1-3 business days, with mailings usually on Tuesdays and Fridays.
During the holidays production time can extend to a week or longer according to sales volume. Production times will be updated in the shop announcement and in listings.
SHIPPING TIME & TRACKING
**NOTE: Shipping takes longer during the Holidays. Delivery delays by USPS are outside of our control.**
USA Domestic:
Choose from First Class Mail (generally 1-7 days), Priority Mail (1-4 days) or Priority Express (24 hours) at checkout.
International (ie. Canada, Australia & New Zealand):
First Class Mail is our standard delivery option. No upgraded delivery.
Canada - approximately 1-2 weeks.
Australia & New Zealand - approximately 10-21 days.
(Customs fees are responsibility of buyer)
An email with tracking information for USPS.COM will be provided once the order has been processed for mailing. We cannot guarantee delivery times. Delivery time extends significantly during the holidays; especially closer to Christmas Day.

REFUND POLICY
We have a general “No Returns” policy. 95% of the products are custom and/or made-to-order. There will be variations in each item as they are one of a kind, made for you. Colors may appear different in real life than they do on a computer screen.
Please send us an Etsy message if you're not satisfied with your order. Describe the problem and include at least 2 photos of the issue prior to leaving feedback so that we may address your concerns.
