Welcome Little Adventurers!

My name is Elizabeth & I am the sole hand-maker in Little Tommy's Adventures. I've been working hard to teach my furhelper, Sadie, to use the sewing machine, but no success yet. Sadie is a Yorkie rescue & does not shed (hypoallergenic). Our home is a smoke-free home, too.

My mission is to provide handmade, quality items in sets for gifting or personal use, including but not limited to: receiving blankets, burp cloths, Baprons, bibs, and paci-clips.

I'd like to mention that I do not let any of the soft flannel or chenille scraps go to waste, as any sew-er would not. I use the scraps to make small, sensory quilts to be donated to hospitals & local animal shelters.

And last but not least, a quick thank you to my husband for making this opportunity happen for me.

Payment
I accept payment through PayPal and Etsy Direct Checkout (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), & that is my preference. However, I will accept money orders & cashier's checks from within the United States only.

I will not accept international checks or money orders at this time. Should international buyers submit payment with anything but PayPal or Etsy Direct; I'm sorry, I will cancel the order.

Items will not ship until any form of payment has cleared. Thus, it will take longer if using a check or money order (a few days to a week is normal, not including the time it takes to arrive in the mail).
Shipping
All sets & items are personally inspected by me before it leaves for the recipient's home. Items are neatly folded, wrapped in ribbon & tissue paper for that boutique touch. Finally, I will tuck the bundle(s) into a clear poly bag to keep weather out & pristine softness in.

All items ship from Florida, USA to anywhere in the world. Regular shipment is USPS first class. However, other options are available at checkout. Every order within the United States, includes tracking.

*Please review that your or recipient's address is complete & correct. I do not refund orders if address is incomplete, incorrect, or out-of-date.*

International:
I, the seller, am not accountable for any customs and/or international fees, taxes, &/or duties. Please research what your country requires before purchasing. All packages will be marked according to it's contents when shipped. Also note according to Customs Declaration CN22, that all international packages are subject to being opened.

Most international packages will arrive within 14 days of shipping. Unfortunately, however, it has been known to take up to 60 days.

*Holiday season - don't forget - shipping duration can & will increase domestically and internationally.*

Any questions, please contact me.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want your little adventurer to be 100% happy with his/her gifts. If for some reason you are unhappy, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the order.

I will only refund the purchase price to the buyer once I have received the item(s) in the same condition as originally shipped, with no signs of being worn or washed. I will not refund the cost of shipping. The money will be refunded within 48 hours of my receiving the item(s).

I will exchange the item(s) of equal value to the non-purchasing recipient. You may not ask for a cash value refund if you are a recipient of a gift. Said recipient will need to pay for return shipping, and the gifted items(s) must also be in same condition as originally shipped, with no signs of being worn or washed.

Any applicable coupon codes must be used during checkout to receive the discount. No rebates of refunds will be provided if forgotten to add a coupon code to orders.
Additional policies and FAQs
Care Instructions:
Wash cold
Do not bleach
Remove promptly from washer
Dry on low temperature

Wholesale:
I do not make orders for wholesale at this time. Thank you.

Custom Orders:
I welcome custom orders. My local option for fabric does not consistently keep the same prints in stock, thus my listings are ready to ship. However, if there is a print you have seen or an idea in mind, I would be honored to work with you. Please check out my Facebook album, Future Sets, for in stock fabric - www.facebook.com/littletommysadventures.

Turn around time may vary; currently it is 2 weeks. I have an open communication style, & if you'd like, I will update you every step of the way.

Please note, a portion of custom orders must be paid before work will begin. We can discuss the portion amount.

Why Flannel & Chenille??
I did an absorbency and softness test between eight different fabrics: interlock knit, minky, organic French terry, birds eye cotton (AKA diaper cloth), 14 ounce terry, chenille, flannel, & Sherpa fleece. Every single piece of fabric is & was 100% cotton. The winner for absorbency was the 14 oz terry; chenille was second. Although minky wins with softness, it has very little absorption capacity. Flannel has a snuggly softness & the absorption capacity. To keep prices reasonable, I went with these "second place" winners to create a near perfect combination of fabrics - flannel & chenille.
