Beautiful locket. My whole experience with this seller was wonderful. Communication was excellent, I was kept informed of the progress of my order, the locket was packaged carefully and beautifully, and was posted quickly all the way to Australia. I would definitely recommend this item and this seller. :)
Lily & Will was conceived following a two year search, at my Mum's request, for a contemporary locket. She wanted to buy my sister and I a locket as a keepsake, but unfortunately all we could find were a large number of inexpensive mass-produced lockets. The only alternative was to have a handcrafted locket made to order, but unfortunately the designs were very traditional and not what we were looking for.
My desire to create a range of contemporary lockets and jewellery was so great that following a 180 degree career change I am proud to present the full Lily & Will collection of handcrafted lockets and fine pearl jewellery.
Taking inspiration from my love of the natural world, my own garden, and famous gardens across the globe, I designed my collection of unique lockets with these themes in mind.
From my Mum’s love of roses came my first design and the collection now holds two beautiful lockets called English Rose and Celebration Rose, along with many others.
All of our lockets are made in either Sterling silver or gold, or both, depending on each distinctive design and we use recycled British precious metals where possible. Each one can be personalised to order, a collaboration of our design and your personal taste using ethically sourced diamonds, precious gems, or semi-precious gems.
To complement our amazing range of lockets we have an exquisite range of fine pearl jewellery. Within this exciting collection you can choose from pearl necklaces, pendants, bracelets and earrings which we have hand strung on silk and made to order.
Each piece of genuine Lily & Will jewellery is easily recognisable by our L&W stamp and brand tag, together with our own L & W Assay registered Hallmark at the Birmingham Assay Office . So you will always know you are wearing something beautiful made for you by Lily & Will, in the UK.
The name Lily & Will is a UK registered trade mark, and we are members of the UK (and now USA) organisation Anti Copying in Design (ACID).

Late and Lost Deliveries
UK delivery – If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to chase it up with the Royal Mail. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (30 days for international items) – this is when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost.
International delivery – when items are sent to another country, your parcel is often handled by more than one postal service. Unfortunately that means delivery problems are more likely. When we send a parcel abroad, the actual delivery of the item will be the responsibility of the postal service in the country the items are going to. Delays can often be caused by customs checks, which can sometimes take 1-2 weeks. Please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
Items not received but tracked as being delivered – This frequently happens when items are delivered to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it. In these cases, for a small charge, you can request a proof of delivery certificate from the Royal Mail (www.royalmail.com) or your Post Office local to you by filling in a signature request form. Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to your home address.
Lily & Will cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
Our Jewellery is hand made to order specially to your requirements, so we are unable to offer refunds for pieces commissioned, unless the item is faulty. We photograph each piece of jewellery just before they are packaged for delivery. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange the return of the item or items. They must be sent back in their original unworn condition. We will then arrange the exchange.
We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns on Earrings unless they are faulty.
To arrange a return if the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please email enquiries [!at] lilyandwill.co.uk quoting your name and address, details of the product, the reason for the return and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Please note that unauthorised returns/exchanges may be returned to the sender.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a deliver service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsibility for returns that are lost in transit.
If you are returning an item to us for a refund or an exchange, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or is faulty (providing we are notified of faults within 7 days of receipt). All returns for any particular order must be returned in one shipment. Any subsequent returns from the same order may incur additional shipping charges to you.
In the event of failure to return any item to us within the time limits stated, even though validly cancelled, we reserve the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.
All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing and be in an unworn condition. We will not exchange goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging, or show obvious signs of abuse. In this instance, the goods will be returned to the buyer at their own cost.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EC).
In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method that you paid within 28 days of receipt of the return.
