1 out of 5 starsThis was a very disappointing transaction. First of all, it was my understanding that the 1+1 came with another Kimono dress (1 dress + another). Not so with this one. It came with a necklace. Also, it got shipped 1 month (!) after I ordered it, (received it more than 2 months (!!!) after buying it) and I never got a response when I inquired about that with the seller. I had good experiences with this store before, but this was incredibly disappointing. You just lost a loyal customer.

5 out of 5 starsBeautiful dress (as was the +1) - just a note that the dye ran a great deal when drying after hand washing, and ruined a shirt that was accidentally touching it. It also discoloured the whiter areas around the printed belt, although thankfully the latter are hidden by obi belt. Word to the wise!

- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Returns and exchange details
if for some reason you are not fully satisfied with the item you have received, you have the option to ship it back within 7 days from the day you received it.
1) a returned item is eligible for for a 70% refund of the original item price [before shipping].
2) alternatively, a returned item may be exchanged for a different item in the shop
[refunding or adding funds according to difference in price and cost of shipping].
Obviously, custom made items, or custom fitted items cannot be returned.

International shipping usually takes 14 business days to arrive.
I offer economical batch shipping: all items beyond the first one have have a 50% reduced shipping costs!
If you'd like expedited shipping of 3-5 days, please let me know.
The usual price for expedited shipping is an additional 15$ for the package.

Adjustments:
Most items can be adjusted for a shorter longer length.
most of the items can be made custom, for example, changing the colour of the leather, and length on a necklace.
Small adjustments and fittings are included in the listing price. and are eligible for a return refund or exchange according to my refund policy.
Bigger alterations, design changes, or scale up to larger size might incur additional costs on a per case basis.
