Welcome to Lilycobweb! All the handcrocheted, handbeaded items you see in my shop are made with love by me. My patterns are original. If I have used or adapted an existing pattern, the creator will be credited in the item description. I use natural fibres as much as possible, and often incorporate vintage elements and fibres in my designs. All my work is produced in a pet-free, smoke-free environment. Hope you enjoy buying and wearing them as much as I enjoy making them!

Returns and exchanges

If you require a refund, please convo me within 10 days of purchase. I cannot be responsible for items lost in the post. If you wish your item to be insured against loss, please state this when you purchase. If you feel your purchase is damaged or defective in any way, please convo me right away so that we can negotiate a fair outcome. Payment

Shipping

I ship internationally, using Royal Mail Airmail. Your item will be lovingly boxed, wrapped and posted in a bubble mailer. I can usually despatch items the day after purchase, and I will convo you if despatch time is going to be longer than this.
