Handmade artisan jewelry is delicate. Here are a few tips to keep it looking it's best!

- Put jewellery on last and take off first when getting ready. Cosmetics, perfume, hair care products, deodorant, household cleaners, water, lotions and other chemicals my damage metal and beads/stones. It could also get caught on clothes while dressing and breaking it.

- Do not swim, wash, exercise or sleep with your jewellery on & avoid leaving it in a moist bathroom or in a pool of water.

- Store it in the anti-tarnish clear cellophane bag when not wearing to protect from being tarnished scratched, chipped, tangled or damaged.

Measurements of necklace and bracelets are taken with them open and from one end to the other. Please note that clasp is included in the measurement.

PACKAGING: "All Lily Daily Boutique earrings are placed on earring cards and then protected by clear plastic bags to slow down the sterling silver / silver plated parts from tarnishing when exposed to oxygen. It is then placed in a beautiful organza bag, ready to give as a perfect gift!! It is mailed in a protective bubble wrap envelope to ensure safe delivery and ready to wear when it arrives.

"Items will be shipped through Canada Post. All delivery times are estimates and are guidelines only. Mail can be affected by mail volume, holidays, customs delays and your location, so it is your responsibility to please check mail service times and order accordingly.

Once the package is shipped, it is in the hands of the Postal Service and I can not guarantee arrival dates nor responsible for lost packages due to shipping.

INTERNATIONAL - estimated deliver from 5 business days to 6 weeks after shipped, between major urban centres and are dependent upon origin and destination.

Canada Post doesn't include tracking numbers for this level of service. If you need it by a specific date, please allow enough time for delays, etc.

Shipping charges are also estimates and the exact amount will not be known until shipped. I do my best to estimate charges (overcharged shipping fees will not be reversed). Customers are responsible for any additional shipping/custom charges/fees.

Shipping charges are for basic postal charge from Canada Post. If your area is known for missing postal packages in the mail or if you prefer not to worry about lost mail, it is highly recommended that you upgrade your shipping to "Signature Required" so that a tracking number will be allocated. We will not be responsible for any shipment lost in the mail since the buyer has a choice to upgrade the shipping. Additional charges will apply. Contact me to get an estimate prior to checkout

- Due to the personal nature of items and hygienic reasons, ALL items are final sale upon checkout. Exchanges may be done on a case by case basis at the business owner's discretion. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

- Some items may be cleaned with jewellery cleaning cloth but testing a small, hidden spot first before cleaning the entire item. Depending on the metal, cleaning solution and certain cloths, it could damage the item.
