Lily Jane Stationery was inspired by my beautiful daughter. She was born with a condition that was incompatible with life and lived a short but wonderful 6 weeks. For a 4lb 10oz creature she made a big impression. Lily Jane is my effort to keep making a positive impact on the world: 10% of all my proceeds will be donated to March of Dimes to help other families with angels like my Lily.

Payments may be made using PayPal (preferred), check or money order. Payment is due within 7 days of purchase or the order will be canceled. Items will be shipped after payment has been received. Checks and money orders must clear the bank before ordered items are shipped.
DISCOUNTS AND COUPONS: If you have a discount code, please select "Other Method of Payment" during checkout and enter your code in "Message to Seller." I will adjust your charges accordingly and send you a new invoice.
READY TO SHIP items will be shipped within 3 days of receiving payment via USPS First-Class mail in a padded bubble mailer or small box.
MADE TO ORDER items will be shipped within 5 days via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation unless specifically requested otherwise. I will send you the tracking number within 24 hours of shipment. If your order is quite large and more time is required for production, I'll let you know at the time of purchase. Any excess shipping charges over $1.00 will be refunded to you through PayPal after the order is shipped.
Although I typically do not insure packages when they are shipped, I can do so for an additional $1.70. Please let me know in advance of your order so I can make the price adjustment.
RUSH SHIPPING: I'm happy to ship with another carrier or rush your package, however, any additional charges for faster shipping must be paid by the buyer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I am happy to ship internationally. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
LOST PACKAGES: If your packages is somehow lost during shipment and can no longer be reliably tracked by the provided tracking number please contact me.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do my best to make your buying experience wonderful. If, however, upon receiving your item you are for any reason unsatisfied please contact me. I will fully refund (minus shipping charges) any unused items, excluding custom orders, within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Additional Policies and FAQs
CUSTOM ORDERS: Please allow 5 days production time for all made to order items. Some large custom orders may take a bit longer. Custom orders may vary slightly from what is pictured due to availability of supplies at time of purchase.
RUSH ORDERS: If you need your custom item ready to ship in fewer than 5 days, I can rush production (to 3 days) for an additional 20% of the cost of the item.
GIFT WRAPPING: Gift wrapping is available for an additional charge, dependent on the size of your order. Items will be boxed (if applicable), wrapped in brown kraft paper and tied with a ribbon. Contact me for further details.
WHOLESALE/CONSIGNMENT: I am happy to consider wholesale and consignment offers. If you are interested in this please contact me so we can discuss details further.
