Welcome and thanks for shopping with Lilypad! We are a family run business and strive to use the best ingredients, nicest fibers, and ensure the most accurate delivery of vintage clothing and items. I won't say my soap is 100% natural as there is no soap out that is. If anyone tells you that, ask them how they get their lye? Unless they are distilling it themselves with wood ashes from organic trees - it is not 100% natural nor 100% organic. I try and use the best ingredients available for every soap and lotion that I make. I try and keep everything as "natural" as possible, but it is not possible in this day and age to be "all natural". Keep in mind that today most mineral based colorants are synthetically manufactured to be identical to the natural product. No one is out there mining the earth anymore to get minerals to color soap - and that's good so that we don't have to strip mine the countryside to get color! I eagerly accept special orders for soap. That makes my day! All my soaps and lotions are vegetarian friendly, and most are vegan friendly (some have honey or beeswax).

Regarding the fiber, I try and get most of my fiber as local as possible. Though some fibers are impossible to get locally - like camel - there are not many local camel fiber farms here!

The vintage clothes are things we come across that we think are pretty cool and are in the best condition that I can find. When there are issues with the products I try and find them before I post them.

If there are any questions you have, please feel free to convo me!

Returns and exchanges
All sales are final. So please if you have any questions as to the materials, sizing, yardage, ingredients, convo me prior to purchase. I take great time in looking over the vintage clothing to make sure they are in the condition that I post. It is possible to miss things. They are old and have been used before. With soaps, lotions, scarves, and yarn, they are a handmade products and there will be variation between each one. Again, if you have any questions, please contact me prior to purchase. I want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
I accept payment via personal check (personal checks drawn on U.S. accounts and the item will be held until the check clears), Paypal (preferred) or U.S. Money Orders. International buyers must remit payment via Paypal. Payment is due within 7 days of purchase. Please let me know when buying if you are paying via check or money order.

If you need to cancel an order and you have already paid me, there may be a small re-listing fee assessed. I am a pretty fast shipper, so depending on the time of day that I receive the order and if I don't have any questions, I will usually ship same day. So you need to hurry. If you have not paid me, feel free to send me a convo right away letting me know. I understand buyer's remorse / over spending your budget! I also will do layaway - so just ask and we can arrange a time frame.
If you have special shipping requests please feel free to convo me prior to placing an order. I do require delivery confirmation on most items. I will ship internationally but need to calculate shipping price prior to purchase. Most shipping is done via USPS, however, if I think UPS will be a more economical alternative, I will ship that way. I usually compare with heavier / bulkier items.

I do not offer refunds for shipping errors (ie. getting lost or damaged in the mail), so if it is a higher ticket item or fragile, insurance for shipping will be extra.
