I opened my Etsy shop in 2006, after reading ads for Etsy in Bust Magazine. I've been making jewelry since I was a little kid, and now I support my fine art career by making and selling jewelry. I love working for myself; my goal is to create an artful life, and support myself with my creative work.

- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)

- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
RETURNS: Customer MUST CONTACT ME PRIOR TO RETURNING AN ITEM, and the return must be approved by me.
• Clear, sharp photos of the package and the item must accompany any claims of damage.
• Item must be UNWORN, and in the same condition as it was when I shipped it to you.
• Item must be postmarked for return within 14 days of the buyer receiving it.
• The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
• Item must be returned with all of the original packaging, and MUST BE SENT FIRST CLASS WITH INSURANCE.
• The cost of the item will be refunded* after I receive it back, if all of the above conditions are met.
*If an item was eligible for free shipping, the original cost of shipping the item to the customer will be deducted from the refund total.
Custom orders are not eligible for return and will not be refunded.
For items that are lost or damaged in the mail, please refer to my shipping policies.

Shipping
• I am happy to ship internationally, also by USPS First Class mail. All customs duties imposed by the buyer's country are the responsibility of the buyer. International shipments are subject to the shipping times and delays of the USPS as well as the shipping times and delays of the postal service in the destination country. Please message me if shipping is not available in the listing for your country - I no longer ship everywhere, but will make exceptions.
• All orders are insured. I require clear, sharp photos of the package and the item for any and all claims of damage. A signed affidavit of non-receipt is required to be filed by the buyer in case an insurance claim has to be filed for an item lost or damaged in the mail. It is a quick and easy process initiated by the seller after the buyer informs the seller of the problem; the affidavit of damage/non-receipt form is emailed to the buyer, and filed online. Seller will not issue a refund or send a replacement until the affidavit is filed by the buyer with the insurance company, AND the insurance company has approved the claim. For items damaged in the mail, this process can begin right away. For items lost in the mail: The USPS does not consider an item lost until 21 business days after they receive it, and it takes the insurance company a week or two to approve the claim once it is filed. This means that for lost items, it can take 4-6 weeks for the buyer to be refunded or for the seller to ship a replacement.
• Priority and Express shipping are available for all US orders, simply choose that option at checkout. My stated shipping out times still apply for Priority and Express Shipping, though I do my best to get those orders out more quickly [typically the next day]. The higher shipping charges for Priority and Express reflect what the USPS charges to expedite your package once they receive it.
☆ All items come in sweet little grey organza gift bags with satin drawstrings, and are shipped within a bubble bag or box. I do not include receipts in any packages. If you are shipping a gift directly to its recipient, I'm happy to include a handwritten Lily Pickford post card with your message on it, free of charge - please type your brief message in the Note To Seller [1-3 sentences, max]. ☆

Coupon codes must be applied during checkout. Please contact me if you do not know how to apply a coupon code, I am happy to assist you! Coupon codes will not be refunded later if forgotten or not applied properly during checkout.

Custom and personalized orders
Yes, I do accept custom orders.
Due to several scam requests recently, I will no longer accept custom requests from those with no customer profile or established buyer history on Etsy.
Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded.
A design charge may be added on custom requests under $50, if request requires more than 2-3 convo exchanges.
