Welcome to Lily's Emporium, and thank you for taking the time to look at our items.

We specialise in cute, quirky items inspired by games, Japanese culture and everything fun and geeky!

We do however try to cater for everyone's needs. If there's something that you would like but cannot see in our shop then do not hesitate to contact us about a custom order.

We like to think our products are inexpensive and of good quality; we put our full love and attention into all of our products!

We proudly say that we have NEVER had a bad sale and we would like to keep this reputation! If there is a problem with your item then please get in touch and we will help in any way possible.

We hope you enjoy browsing our items, we always try to add new products whenever we can!

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
We do not accept general returns or exchanges.

We will offer a refund or exchange if the item(s) you receive is not what you see in the picture(s) provided.

You have a 1 month guarantee with your items. If it breaks during this time then we will repair or if possible replace your item.
We accept Paypal and credit cards.

By clicking the Buy button you are agreeing to pay fully for the item(s) you have requested. You have up to 48 hours to cancel your transaction, any cancellation requests after this time will not be acknowledged.

We allow up to 7 days for receipt of payment. If you have any problems in paying within this time span then please contact us. If an order has not been paid after this time and you have not been in touch then your order will be cancelled.

We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time if the item is out of stock, damaged or missing. In this case a full refund will be given along with our apologies. (This does NOT apply to returns/loss of items during shipping/damage of items through shipping).
ALL items are shipping Royal Mail 1st Class Standard. If you are in the UK and need your item promptly then you may upgrade to 1st Class Recorded for a small fee. Items shipped anywhere else are sent by Airmail.

We ship Monday to Thursday. If we receive a payment before 3pm (UK time) on these days then your item will be shipped on the same day. If not, they are shipped on the next posting day.

UK items are usually received within 1-7 days. Anywhere else items are usually received within 5-21 days. Sometimes items take longer to receive due to customs in relation to outer UK orders, however this is a very rare occurence and items are usually received within 7 days.

Insurance is optional, please contact us if you wish to add insurance to your order.
Additional policies and FAQs
We will gladly wholesale you items if you wish, just ask. We will wholesale any items you see in our store.

Regarding custom orders, we require payment before it is produced in order to cover our costs. Partial refunds are given if you are unsatisfied with the end product (we will require money to cover the costs of materials and refund you the rest).

We will happily trade items with other stores, please feel free to enquire.
