Shipping
PLEASE READ---- All items are shipped First Class. Any orders placed on the weekend will not be processed until Monday.

We bubble wrap, package and label your items with the utmost of care. Once a package is delivered to the postal service, we are no longer responsible for what may happen to the package.

LOST MAIL - If your package is lost in the mailing system, we will open a case with the postal system. Typically it takes two weeks for a clear answer on the whereabouts of the package.

If a package has been mis-delievered, meaning tracking shows delivery but you did not receive the item/s: Again, a case will be opened, but most of the work is to be done by the buyer. Talking to neighbors or family usually finds the package. This is a tricky one because there is no way for me to confirm that it really has been delivered wrong.

Exchanges or store credit may be given within 7 days of receiving the item. Refunds may be given in certain circumstances. Items returned must be unworn and in the condition it was received.

All return shipping costs are to be paid by buyer. Shipping for the original transaction will not be refunded or credited.

We are not responsible for wear or damages of the product of use over time.
