Do I need to give credit for Personal/Non-profit use?
You may use Lime & Kiwi Designs graphics without credit as long as no money is made.
You cannot redistribute or resell any artwork in any way. If you are wanting to use this artwork in any projects/products which you plan to share with any other party, it must be flattened and uneditable. In other words, only the purchaser of the artwork is allowed to have access to the editable content.

Can I use Lime & Kiwi Designs clipart for commercial purposes?
If you would like to use any of our graphics for commercial production, you must use one of the following options:
A. USE WITH CREDIT
You MUST credit Lime & Kiwi Designs. The standard licensing allows for small production units only (up to 1000 units).
B. NO-CREDIT LICENSE
Valid per clipart package, this allows you to use 1 package for products with a maximum of 1000 units for commercial use without credit.
C. COMMERCIAL LICENSE
This includes the use of any of our graphics for products with a maximum of 1000 units for commercial use without credit.

My email with my download link didn’t arrive, what should I do?
Sometimes Etsy emails can get caught in Spam filters. Check your junk mail/spam folder just in case yours has been caught. Alternatively, you can access your downloads in your purchases page on Etsy by going here ---> http://etsy.me/1mTtizD
Do the same rules apply for digital products as they do for physical?
If you want to use any graphics for digital downloadable products, then you MUST flatten all artwork and make sure it cannot be edited or extracted. If using PDF’s they cannot be editable or extracted in Adobe Illustrator or likewise.
Unless you have purchased a specific license, you MUST give credit to Lime & Kiwi Designs.
You may use Lime and Kiwi Designs graphics for printed physical products, examples of what you may use purchased graphics for are:
Stickers, logos, banners, invitations, stationary, wrappers, party supplies, labels, games, edible paper and bags.

Can I use these images for mass production?
When you make and sell a product that uses Lime and Kiwi Designs graphics, you are limited to how many you can make and sell at one time. Please note our fixed sales limits per production run below which apply to all of our licenses, excluding the Mass Production license:
- 1000 physical items of a single listing/product with the intent of selling.
- 800 digital downloads per month of a single listing/product you are selling.
- 800 sales per month of one print on demand (POD) listing/product you are selling.
With the mass production license, it removes all these production limitations for selling products that use graphics from one purchased Lime and Kiwi Designs graphics pack.
Is it OK to use the clipart on my website or for a logo design?
You may, images must be a flattened JPEG or non-transparent PNG files, not exceeding 72 dpi and not be extractable. They can't be sold in a template (such as for Wordpress), and if it's work for a client, it has to be part of a unique design.
You're free to use purchased clipart in your logo design, but keep in mind that it won't be exclusive to you. You can't trademark your logo and do not gain copyright from purchasing the graphics, and others are free to use the same images in their own logos if they so wish.
You cannot design and sell any logos if you're using Lime & Kiwi Designs graphics, all logos must be for personal use or your own business.
As always, credit must be given where necessary unless a speic license is purchased.
What happens to copyright after I've bought the design I want?
You do not own copyright of any images after purchase, it is against copyright law to take graphics and claim them as your own.
Copyright belongs to Lime & Kiwi Designs and always will.
You are not to resell any graphics, and are not allowed to pass graphics onto anyone else for free, even if it will be for personal use.
Graphics purchased can only be used by the purchaser. By buying from Lime & Kiwi Designs, you agree to all the terms and conditions held within the store policy.
You are NOT allowed to use any of our graphics for commercial use without crediting us correctly, unless a No-Credit or Commercial license has been purchased.
Can I share the clipart I purchased from Lime & Kiwi Designs?
Once you have purchased graphics from Lime and Kiwi Designs, only the purchaser may use them since the license is granted to them, and them only.
You may not:
- Gift artwork to someone else.
- Share the download link.
- Post the artwork up onto a website allowing others to download and use them (within sets or individually).
- Sell or Rent the artwork.
- To exchange with someone else.
