I currently accept payment through Direct Checkout and PayPal, which will accept all major credit cards. You do not require a PayPal account to use this service, all major credit cards are accepted. To learn more about PayPal, you may find this link helpful:
Your order will be shipped via Canada Post, within 3 business days of receipt of your payment. All my jewelry items are shipped in bubble mailers, in a pretty burlap bag, via oversized lettermail, or light packet to the USA. If you wish to have your item gift wrapped or need to receive it sooner, please contact me for additional shipping charges. You should receive your parcel within a week in Canada, however items to the USA may take longer depending on customs. If your item is lost in the mail, I will refund the full price (plus shipping charges)., or reship at my expense. Please allow up to 4 weeks to ensure the item is lost, and not just delayed in transit. If your item is damaged in transit, please contact me upon receipt, I will require a picture of the damaged item and packaging in order to process a refund/replacement.
If you are ordering from the USA, customs charges are not included in my invoice, and are the buyer's responsibility.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Limefreckle, so I offer a money back guarantee if you return the item to me within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges to return to me are not included.
I can't promise you that you will never break a piece of jewelry that I make. My pieces are very durable, but let's face it, jewelry can be fragile, and sometimes things happen. I can promise you that I will repair your item for free. You can return all the components to me and I will make the necessary repairs. If you don't have all the original components, a charge would apply depending on what is missing, and whether I have it in stock or not. Shipping charges are not included, and would be your responsibility.
