Reached out to the buyer with the message below to try to remedy this issue, but, unfortunately, got no response back. "Hey there! So sorry to see you weren't happy with your purchase. The cutout is made of brass and tarnishing is a natural occurrence. However, I do add a lacquer to the bracelets and include tips on how to help prevent this from happening too quickly. Unfortunately, it seems like that didn't work for yours! I'd be happy to work with you to help you come away from this with a better experience, whether that be with a partial refund or a replacement with another item.
