My first love was and always will be glass which started me down this road with Etsy. It's been 13 years since I joined Etsy and it started with my Handmade Lampwork Beads. I enjoyed the process so much and as time went by I looked for new and exciting things to add to my shop. The Greek beads were the first to be added with the Sterlling and Vermeil findings from Bali a close second. I discovered leather cording and brass findings next and looked for products I would be proud to sell. Cultured Sea Glass was next and it being a totally different animal from handmade lampwork beads I felt they would make a great addition to my shop. Tools were the obvious addition to my shop when I was asked many times about what tool to use, how to use it, and when to use it.

I had so many people I met here on Etsy through my shop and being on a team. My buyers have been wonderful people to work with and the one common question I would get was how do you use this tool or how do you finish the finding, or how in heavens name do you tie off the clasp to that piece of leather cording? Surprise! Me not being a beader I then went down many well traveled roads looking for information about all the different ways to use the hundreds of tools out there. Well, ..lampworkers are known for getting every new fangled tool out there which of course brought out the tool hog in me. I confess, I already had quite an assortment from general curiosity over the years and discovered that I really enjoyed working with metal! Metal is like glass, you never quite learn everything there is to know about it. So eight years later I am embarking on a new adventure, adding findings to my shop and some finished goods. Keep a look out for new additions! They are just around the corner!
