All sales are final due to the custom and boutique nature of our handmade designs. Returns and exchanges are not accepted but if you have any problem with your purchase, please contact us to see what we can do! We put lots of time and love in each handmade item and want to ensure you are happy with each product.

Payment is now accepted via Etsy direct checkout and Paypal. Our shop does accept Etsy giftcards!

Currently, our diaper cakes ship via USPS Ground Services which according to the post office can take anywhere from 2-9 business days for delivery. For those clients needing a quicker shipping method, we offer USPS Express Priority Shipping which takes 1-2 business days depending upon location. If you are interested in priority mail, please contact us for a price quote. Due to the dimensions of our cake boxes this typically is a more costly option, but we are happy to check for you.

Shipping fees for both U.S. domestic and international locations do not include insurance. If you prefer to purchase insurance on your items, please email me PRIOR to purchase so I can include the price on your order. Most clients do not, therefore the listings do not reflect insurance fees in the quoted shipping prices.

Once your item ships, you will receive an Etsy generated email with the tracking number.

For international buyers: The quoted shipping fee on each listing does not include any additional taxes, surcharges, custom or duty fees associated with international trading and will be the buyers responsibility upon receipt. If you choose or decide to not pay your country's fees and decline acceptance of the item you purchased, you will NOT receive a refund for anything returned. We offer tracking numbers on every single item we ship and provide Etsy with the information proving the item was shipped as contracted. We will be happy to re-ship your item if returned but client is responsible for the re-ship fee internationally. NO REFUNDS. We have no control over the package once it is delivered to the local post office to be shipped.

Custom orders are gladly accepted. The items listed in my shop are examples of different themes, color schemes, or design ideas! If you have a specific request, please contact me to discuss! Thanks so much!
