I started selling my crocheted jewelry and accessories over 15 years ago. My materials and techniques have evolved over the years. I've gone from jewelry to knitwear and now back to jewelry and small accessories. A few years ago I relocated to Florida from Chicago and the sunshine must be good for my soul since my work has never been better (and getting better everyday!). I don't make as many cold weather accessories as I used to but I still have a ton of yarn to work through so you can still find some ear warmers, scarves and wraps along with my new love - leather jewelry. All goods are designed and crafted by me in my studio in sunny Orlando, FL.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
>>Returns are accepted on most items. Special orders, customized items and sale items are not returnable. Please message within 3 days of delivery for authorization. A 20% restocking fee may be applied. We reserve the right to refuse a full refund if items are returned in used or altered condition or without boxes and other special packaging.

>>Buyer assumes all charges for return shipping and will not be refunded until package has been received back. Return shipping with tracking is recommended.

>>Packages are not considered lost until at least 2 weeks after ship date for US and 30 days for international. We will work with you to locate your package at any time but no refunds or replacements will be shipped until after this time frame. (expedited and special services have varying delivery windows - please convo with any question or concerns if shipping upgrades are purchased)

>>Please be aware of certain weather conditions that may impact the delivery of your package. No refunds will be made for packages delayed by weather, ie. snow storms, hurricanes, etc.

**Paying for expedited shipping DOES NOT speed up production time. Orders are handmade in the order they are received. If you have a concern about the time frame please don't hesitate to ask.
*You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been packed for shipping. Please allow 24-36 hours for tracking information to be updated.
*Orders in the US and select countries are shipped with tracking (delivery confirmation) This information will be in the email or can be found on your Etsy receipt.

*The USPS website gives estimated delivery dates these are not a guaranteed date! The estimated delivery time is IN ADDITION to the processing time noted in the listing. If the weather is bad your package will be delayed. Your patience and understanding is appreciated when circumstances are out of my control.

*International customers: Shipping fees DO NOT include taxes, duties or other fees that might be charged by your country. The buyer is responsible for paying any additional fees.

Gift wrapping and packaging

>Tassels and key chains are wrapped in tissue paper and packaged in paper gift bags.
>All jewelry is packaged in small jewelry box.
>Orders marked as a gift will receive a gift receipt with option for gift message on receipt.

>>Gift wrapping is available for an additional charge. Price is for ONE BOX and wrapping. If you purchase more than one item they will be wrapped together in ONE BOX. Additional boxes and wrapping can be purchased from upgrade listing in my shop.
>>Paper and embellishments may be different from pictured and change with season and availability.

Some items are available for a discount on large purchases. A bulk purchase is considered a min. of 6 of one style/item. Discounted bulk purchases are accepted based on current workload and may take extra time to complete.

I got an email that my order has shipped. Why isn't it showing any tracking information?

You will receive an email letting you know your package has been shipped when your order has been packed and prepped to be picked up by the carrier. Please allow 24-36 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

My order was shipped to an incorrect address, help!

Please please double and triple check your address when you place your order and on the confirmation email received after your order has been placed. Please notify us immediately with a correction. You may be required to reorder and enter the correct address for sales tax collection purposes.
If you notice your order has already been shipped to an incorrect address you can use to: create a temporary mail forward or intercept and reroute your package (there is a charge for this service). You can also contact the post office directly to locate your package and have it held for pick up.
If your package is returned to sender a refund will be given less the cost of the shipping
